Anyways, sometimes the insanity plea can be a fate worse than death with some of these "psychiatric facilities".  I, on the other hand, wouldn't mind a little vigilante justice take over in this case.

Agreed. What is the trail really for? To give him a chance to explain himself? To get him to justify it? To glorify him more so that others see the amount of attention he gets? It's known that he killed those people with multiple videos to prove it. Give a redneck 5 bucks to take him out back,shoot him, and use him to feed the pigs. Money and time saved.

that woudln't happen because the conspiracy theorist say it was a set up. His father is a very important man.
 
He still is most likely going to Jail for life..its just his plea so he wont face the chair or injection...his sentence hasnt been set yet

You're further proving the point that it's nice a race issue here.  Justice is unfair, black and white.  Do I think that the system is unfair for black people?  Absolutely.  But this has nothing to do with race in this case.  This is wrong, regardless of color, just like the Casey Anthony case & the OJ trial.
 
Yup, that's a guy I want to see released back into society someday. Good to know the system works.
 
I don't even know where to start. The video and other evidence proves him guilty. He murdered many people after planning it. What the hell does being insane have to do with it? We're all a little nutty TBH, but most of us find a way to make it all work on a daily routine.

I understand that's his son and all, but his father is dead wrong for paying for his defense. Any of our family could have been in that theater that night. If you know your kids aren't stable, take that money and keep them away from the rest of the world.

Its crazy how people are talking about how the system doesnt work.............where were these people during the rodney king trial? sean bell case? oscar grant case? ORIGINAL medgar evers trial? the trial of that first black kid to be tried and killed for whistling at that white woman? and countless others................... im not coming or talking about u, i just seen other people posting about it in other places and they were quiet as **** when it came to people of color getting wronged

Oh, I dig you...I am people of color, so I occasionally get to see exactly how ****** up things can be for us firsthand.
 
What the heck happened to america! The justice system is cheeks. I am all for justice being served but this shouldn't even be a trial. Its an open and shut case. Don't waste tax payer money on this crap. Insanity plea should have never been accepted. They are giving him a chance to choose his own consequences which he shouldn't be allowed to do.
 
Let me ask you all a question, had he been mentally ******ed would it make a difference? You still think he should be denied constitutional rights?
