WHY no KOBE 9 sample pics...yet

Nike went different with sigs this year.

KD gets the summer #SummerIsSerious

Bron gets the whole fall/part winter.

Kobe gets the part winter/ whole spring

So thats why no pics yet.

Normally around this time of the year, Nike sends out sample wear test to which I was lucky enough to wear test the Kobe V and VI...

So I would think that someone has a sample but no pictures of it for obvious reasons...
 
I need them to stay on low cut
Always love the low and love all kobes with low cut
 
If they work flyknit in with these I may go broke.  I love my flyknits.  It would be interesting to see how the add stability to the shoe.  A heel cup would obviously create heel stability / lock down, but I feel like flyknit in the forefoot would not be great for lateral movement.  I would like to see flyknit, but honestly I don't see it in a basketball shoe unless they tweak the material specifically for basketball and lateral movement.  
 
Never owned flyinit .. Might think about getting a pair soon the look very comfortable ..and I hope these are at least mids.!
 
Flyknit would be cool aesthetically and just cool to look at. But performance wise, I just can't see them topping the engineered mesh used in the 8.

exactly fly knit, i feel wont be stable enough for basketball, i have balled in every single Kobe since the first, but never hurt my mid foot in basketball until the 8's with the engineered mesh.
 
Is that source reliable? Either way, the knit design is like these:

I imagine the upper will look similar and the "mid" talk is referring to that elastic sock-like ankle. Just a guess. Super curious to see what the 9s look like and, more importantly, how they perform.

kobe line comes late in the year, like around December so obviously the sample pics wont be up same time as KDs which come out in august. same with brons, i think they come out around fall.

And for those saying "wait till winter" obviously Nike is dropping ish left & right before mainstream popularity for kicks comes to a crash.
