Just checking to see if anybody here has done business with this clown?

He has $1,740 of mine and I haven't got my shoes from him yet. :smh:

I checked his eBay feedback on his name "100percentauthentickicks909" and it's flawless, 2972 feedback 100% positive, but he's been dodging my messages.

Somebody else bought a pair of shoes from him the same day, left him negative feedback today saying it's a scam...thinking it happened to them too.

I bought shoes from him on Monday, the 3rd and he claims in auction he would have them shipped in 24 hours within receiving payment.

I messaged him Tuesday asking if my shoes were shipped, he replied with a "They'll be shipped by Friday, I've been working over time" and then gone mute since then.

Nothing doing now, no shoes, no tracking, no update on anything and I'm getting aggravated.

Anything else I can do other than raising the PayPal/eBay as I've already done? :nerd:

Haven't had to deal with a seller like this in maybe 7-8 years. :x

I'd say give him til Monday night. If no tracking/response by then, then file a claim.

Filing the claim will get him to respond if he's not trying to scam. Getting your money back from paypal when the deal was done on ebay and the seller simply didn't ship is basically hassle-free in my experience...you'll get your money back.

I already filed it, I don't like being lied to, especially by someone who has almost $2000 of my money.

Definitely, that's the reason I love eBay/PayPal as they'll cover me 100% on this matter.

I hope filing the claim will get him to either 1. Reply back to me 2. Ship my shoes or 3. Give me a refund.

I personally bought an item off of this same seller last Saturday. Item has not been shipped yet and like he told you, he claimed item didn't ship due to his overtime working.

If not shipped within 3 days I will open a claim, as his communication has been mediocre at best.

What was he selling that he's trying to get you guys for? It shows he hasn't sold/received any feedback on anything in over a year. Maybe he thought he could list a bunch of ****, scam a handful of people, and run off without consequence.

Your first mistake was doing business with someone called "100percentauthentickicks." If a name like that doesn't scream out scammer then I don't know what does.

Hope you get your money back, though. GL

My apologies, forgot mention his new name is headshouldwaistandtoeshop on eBay.

His feedback has looked good, up until yesterday he didn't have a negative for almost 6 months.

I got his 100percentauthentic name from the name on PayPal.

I now have his name and cell phone number.

More and more people appear to have been scammed by this clown.

His negative feedbacks are racking up.

This is getting weird...

It said that I was getting a refund, via an email from PayPal for the Yeezy on on the 9th.

I just checked and it said the refund has been FAILED, now when I go to open a case on eBay it says I can't because the money has already been refunded which it has NOT.

Did you pay via credit card through PayPal? If so, have the charges reversed. Any big purchases should be triple backed. Good luck and hope all is sorted out!
