she said based on the injuries and the head...it indicates 1 possibly 2 closed fist blows and a possibility of a few open hand slaps or scratches. But he had no contusions other then his nose and that he had a pin sized mark on his head and the blood around his head was all from that one pin sized abrasions.
 
one impact or a million impacts, the injuries are what they are, minor and non life-threatening.

It's like a quick action tennis match.  She is serving O"Mara back faster than what he's able to handle, or not expecting.  The scenarios that O'Mara is trying to draw up or state as facts, she is using words like "possibly", or "given that scenario that might have happened", but moreso saying it in a kinda condescending voice manner back at O"Mara as in to say........nah that aint the case.

Yeah, she's definitely clear on her definitions of positioning. I like how she made sure that you look past the dried blood, which paints a picture that his injuries don't look as dramatica once it was cleaned up. Methinks she's participated in such trials before as an expert :lol:

but what he is saying or trying to say is that she was recommended by a judge from the district especially for this case and is getting paid, in some attempt to say she is "tainted" and is being paid off. And also since she quit the district she was once in, he brought basically you quit because you was going to get fired. So how credible are you, is what his angle is.
