R.I.P Trayvon

My boy mama was a cook county court clerk

She got him off drug dealing, gun distrubution to a officcer, car jacking, and arm robbery

The only time she couldn't help him was when he did a murder and he only did 7yrs for that

So stop it I know about how much pull someone has when they work for the law

Tell that crap to another dummy I'm the wrong one
my boy this my friend that. I knew you were going to say that next to justify your answers.

Aint no way a clerk was able to do all that UNLESS she got him a good lawyer. All the

things u mention a lawyer can get somebody off as well.

Link? I'm about to do a little research.

If no link, duck tales.

Why are you even entertaining his posts? He just says things to say things. Nothing he posts has any logic to it. GZ's dad was barely considered a judge, he was at the bottom of a very tall totem pole. He didn't try cases. He didn't hear cases. He was a magistrate judge in ANOTHER STATE half a decade before the shooting occurred. Does anybody actually think cops or law enforcement give two ***** about some low level judge in another state?

its really unfortunate that you can't pick your parents. If only your boys mama was a judge, he could beat the murder too!!!!

So where going to compare Racist George having his gun ready to fire to actual law enforcement and military doing their ******g jobs

Racist George had been itching to shoot someone(black) since he copped that gun

Whats wrong with that? Lawyers do it all the time
I never said anything was wrong with it...it is synonymous with everything else in life...often who you know or what the person knows that you know can get you further along in life. But it does at times give you an advantage over others.

He was suppose to do life

But his dear sweet mother got him a plea deal and his sentence was somehow reduced

So yep too bad moms wasn't a judge he could've got away with murder

this ugly ***** is looking kind of cute due to her knowledge of firearms and cartoonish mannerisms...

Thanks for the post Rashi. Section 3 is so flawed and vague that it's laughable. Although we obviously know that it's not saying that you can start conflict then use deadly force once you are losing. But it also doesn't say you can't do that. If anyone wants to purge, florida is the place to do it. Smh

as asinine as his post maybe...there is some validity in it. I can personally attest to this. Before I signed up for military, I was in a incident in douglasville,ga....and I know many ga/atl nters know how it is out there. I caught a intent to distribute, as well as other potentially felony charges. My cousin was a lowly legal aide...for a former chief of police for douglas county, turned attorney...and lets just say from her ears to his...and whatever he did said to the superior county judge of douglas county.. I was exonerated of all charges..with the exception for disturbing the peace (for my car system) and tint violation. I didn't even really have a case. I remember going before the judge....he went back to talk to him in chambers...and essentially I was off scott-free.

I do believe my connection with my cousin and her working with him played a HUGE role into my outcome. I cant see me having a public defendant, or if I had picked a random attorney from the yellow pages or from the business cards laying on the counter at the bondsman. That the outcome would have came out the same.

Maybe she should have done a better job as a mom. Sounds like she condones criminal activity. Plus, how embarassing is it as a parent and a court employee that your son continutally shows up in court?

you have to be a special kind of dirtbag to be a criminal defense lawyer...
lol I think they are educated persons who develop a craft of manipulating the truth, avoiding integrity, and dance the fine line of morality and honesty. I do think you have to a certain mindset to be comfortable representing a potential person who maybe evil and display ill will, with a straight face, and place your personal feelings and beliefs aside.

My wife is Defense Attorney. Pipe that down.

It is, even though I own a few guns. Like I said, though. All laws are written that way. They use to say that you needed to make an "effort" to leave the situation before you were able to use your weapon. For example, if you got into a fight regardless if you started it or not, you had to make an effort to leave. If the person followed you or trying to keep fighting, then that gives you the cause for imminent bodily harm.
