aint nothing fair about having family members who work for the law

and a father who's a judge that get's you out of all trouble with the law

if you call that fair you've never been apart of the real world

I'm not on trial and even if I did prove that all that happen to a person I know is true its not going to change your mind from thinking GZ is walking cuz his dads a judge

so really what is the purpose
 
Man I always wanted to be a lawyer when I was younger too, glad I decided to be an engineer bc I wouldn't be able to deal with all this bs and all these technicalities smh

You can have an MD as witness and lawyers with no clue about how biology works will ask you 1000 questions to get an "it's possible....though extremely unlikely" and that can be enough to plant a seed in a jurors mind of reasonable doubt, even though that's not very reasonable at all.

GZ blood being found on the bottom of TM hoodie is a game changer in favor of the State imo. It proves that GZ was bleeding during the altercation so why wasn't his blood found on TM hands and sleeves of his sweatshirt if the fight happened like he said.
 
"The judge will continue with court today until the State rests its case. So court could possibly go as long as 7pm tonight if it takes that long.

From what I've heard via WFTV Sabrina Fulton is the next witness for the state. So more than likely we'll hear from her today.

His father is NOT a judge and his father have no pull at all for the 50th time..

Also west is stalling this out so TM mom will not be the last to testify and be on the jurors mind all weekend, that could go wrong too because west might be on their mind in another way such as them being mad he took so long at the end

Prosecutors are far worse.

They claim to be tough on crime but they are cynically just looking to become judges, elected political officials or defense attorneys.

They often times over charge on guilty and innocent people and if the person is guilty and the evidence is there, the guilty person suffers a punishment that is beyond the crime and the when a person is innocent and the evidence is not there, the innocent person still gets punished because they plea to lesser charges in order to avoid the cost and risk of a jury trial.

The DA can brag about his or her conviction rate and ride that into another office or into a more lucrative position in private practice. In short a DA manufactures hundreds of years of prison time for the community and all so he or she can get a better job. Hundreds, thousands of ruined lives and broken families so our DA can make a little more money or look forward to a fatter pension.
 
^^a lot of the system is corrupt unfortunately.

This is a dumb question but I've never been to court or anything and I know there's attorney client privilege too. So say you go to some high power fancy defense lawyer and you're accused of murder. Do you have to tell them exactly what happened and then they go to work trying to show reasonable doubt based on your story? Or do they just try and manipulate evidence and witnesses' testimonies even if they know that you are guilty?

It depends

If you tell your lawyer after you been proven not guilty

That You really did it

Nothing can be done cuz in most cases you can't be tried twice

But if you tell your lawyer you did it before your verdict your lawyer could catch feelings and stop defending you or drop the case

All depends on what you spending and the integrity of your lawyer

The defense was scheduled to depose Benjamin Crump at 5:30, Don West was stalling so Tray Tray's moms wouldn't testify today and the jury have her testimony on their mind over the holiday.
