R.I.P Trayvon

no, i believe he left him there and claims he didn't realize he was dead. after he shot him in the chest.

If that is true, then he killed Trayvon Martin in cold blood.
Two words that are going to sink George Zimmerman, "f---ing punks".
Those two words clearly show he profiled and stereotyped the person he saw walking with the hoodie on.
I'm not contending he racially profiled him. The point I'm making is he profiled him as a criminal.
Hence the continuous usage of the word "suspect" in Zimmermans police deposition.

I'm just wondering how do they believe anything he says. There's so many inconsistencies in his testimony.

You took a criminal justice class, but you didn't know about stand your ground?

Your head got banged against the ground 25 times?

Trayvon grabbed the gun?

Trayvon circled the car?

Much less the silly dialogue or the body position.

Wrong.
The NSA is collecting data on your phone calls, texts, and what's called "metadata," or extra information about every connection your phone makes
They're storing every call and have the capability to listen to them at any time.
NSA Can Store A Billion Cell Phone Calls Every Day
Having the ability and actually doing it are two entirely different things. It's a clump of information. The same way google can monitor movement. You think they're analyzing 200 million peoples phone calls? Listening to a guy talk to his girlfriend? Do you know how many servers and how much man power that would take? They wouldn't care about the average joe blow. They would a possible terrorist suspect. Just like they have a that list for airplanes.

EXACTLY! Zimmerman has told nothing but lies.
Lied about whether he knew about "stand your ground".
Trayvon Martin's body was no where near the sidewalk.
The first responder didn't say he moved the body, only rolled over the body.
Zimmermans re-enactment was sickening.

Haven't been able to closely follow the trial.
Has it been said or mentioned whether or not Zimmerman attempted CPR to try and save Trayvon's life?

He wanted him dead, why would he?

According to his story Trayvon was trying to kill him, why would you try to safe someones life if they are trying to kill you.

I graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice and there's hundreds, if not thousands of laws I don't know. Taking a criminal justice class doesn't say much. What was the class? Did they cover the law?

Not saying I believe him, but it's a reach to assume someone knows one specific law and it's application simply because they took a course in the same general subject.

It depends

If you tell your lawyer after you been proven not guilty

That You really did it

Nothing can be done cuz in most cases you can't be tried twice

But if you tell your lawyer you did it before your verdict your lawyer could catch feelings and stop defending you or drop the case

All depends on what you spending and the integrity of your lawyer

Really your suppose to tell your lawyer the truth

but they had the prof testify and say yes he taught it, it was on the syllabus and he got an A...soo....

The more you think about Zimmerman in terms of a wannabe cop the more I think this was the scenario:

Zimmerman probably tried to "apprehend the suspect" Trayvon and pin him to the ground like as if he was a cop. Zimmerman is like a white guy so he's into that wrestling/MMA crap and banged his own head on the concrete while trying to pin Trayvon on the ground.. Trayvon gives Zimmerman the business and then Zimmerman pulls out his gun and shoots Trayvon.

The professor who taught the course said they extensively went over it.

It baffles me how this dude is free and might get off.

Zimmerman suspected, convicted, and executed Trayvon all in a matter of minutes.

true but its along the same lines as how isp track and record internet activity. Yes they save and record all activities. They only retrieve or pull certain ppl from the database they deemed suspicious. And from my personal experience they wont just give you recordings all willy nilly.

Hell I called att and I was looking for a particular call and they refused to give it to me. Said must be apart of law enforcement yadda yadda yadda. Im like I cant even get a copy or a recording of my own conversations that I made on my phone.

But in short they do have the conversation, whether they go through the hoops etc, and everything they need to do to obtain it is another entirely different issue.

And even if they did, it would provide little to nothing to the case. I could see if gz made a call to someone saying he going to murk dude or something, on some premeditated ish. Even if somehow tm phone was on and it recorded the entire altercation, what good would retrieving the phone call do then. I mean its not like they can base what happen off of sounds.

At best it would clear up what exactly was said to who etc... And those small semantics aren't going to make or break a case.

I think it went down like this:

Zimmerman followed a suspicious individual

Trayvon got paranoid (dat weed)

Trayvon confronted Zimmerman for following him

Trayvon went 'No_Limit_Ni***' on Zimmerman

Zimmerman stood his ground

Trayvon caught one in the chest

- what made him suspicious?
- a man following you at night when it's raining? no reason to get paranoid right?
- Zimmerman initiated the confrontation by following and then getting out of the car with a loaded gun.
- Okay, but why was there no trace of Zimmerman's DNA on Trayvon if he went " no limit *****"
- Stood his ground by following then pursuing an unarmed teen against police wishes, and leaving his car with a loaded gun

-The fact that there had been several break ins in the area, plus the fact that this dude is wandering around at night when it's raining.

-Trayvon had a cell phone on him.  If he was concerned that a man was following him at night when it's raining, he could of called 911.

-Nothing wrong with a non-violent confrontation.  Nothing wrong with legally carrying a weapon.

-Gorgone acknowledged that environmental conditions such as humidity or rain could have washed surfaces clean of DNA. (No_Limit_N*gga is Trayvons twitter handle btw..)

-Zimmerman did not pursue Trayvon against police wishes, a dispatcher is in NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM a police officer.

it was 7 oclock. Hardly out of bounds for somebody to be walking around then.

Yeah, Zimmerman should of waited until his skull was cracked before he defended himself

West asked, “Frankly then you just didn’t find much of anything on this gray hooded sweatshirt when it boils right down to it?”

“Just that partial profile on stain A” said Gorgone.

not about defending yourself, like I said if Trayvon went hard like Zimmerman claims he would have more bruises and cuts than he claims

if your head got bashed into concrete 20 times, you would need more than a band aid

- Because cops and young black men get along so well? He probably didn't see the need to since he was almost home and could just tell his parents about it.
- I know I always bring my loaded gun to non-violent confrontations of someone I shouldn't be pursuing and don't know.
- Uh-huh... Alright and cool let's go back to discrediting Trayvon, a young dead man. Let's find ANYTHING to make him be in the wrong
- Okay, so? Someone in charge told him not to do. But he did so because he was armed and at worse what would happen? another young hoodlum dead.
