At one point in time yes. He said he then left from watching the scuffle outside and dialed 911, and then heard the gunshot as he was on the phone with the police.

Indeed. Between his questions and his imposed assumptions onto the witnesses thus far I can't see how the jury can take him seriously.

Wait so Mr MMA here was the prosecution's witness. Didn't get to see their initial questioning but he seems to be helping the defense a lot during the rebuttal.

The prosecution clarified at the end there the fact that he DID NOT see blows coming from TM on top of GZ but otherwise that was a big win for the defense imo it seemed like O' Mara was getting him to paint their picture perfectly

He actually helped the defense. Based on his testimony he basically said that GZ was on the ground getting ground and pounded by TM and heard GZ yell for help.

I believe he said "it could have been Zimmerman yelling for help". It was all in the wording that O'mara did.

Going up to someone, shooting and killing them: isn't that 1st degree. Why wouldn't the prosecution seek 1st degree murder charges?

the witness, Mr. Good, is a DEFENSE witness that prosecution decided to call...
Mr. Good is the defense's "Rachel Jeantel" -- their "star" witness..
he's the guy I mentioned yesterday I was anxious to hear.... it really hurts the defense that this guy was so smart.... yes, he was very arrogant, but also was on top of his ****... he wasn't going to allow either side to manipulate his testimony...
