I had to step out for a bit but they haven't gotten to the "challenge interview" yet right? O'Mara is being really careful with his phraseology about stuff, asking things Serino can't deny like "the injuries are consistent with someone who had to defend them selves or was in a fight, then you had witnesses like John Good (wonder why he was the one selected" ) who have testimony about parts of this" he can't really challenge him on when GZ was lying about the phone call and when he got out the car or was yelling for help supposedly.

yea he is asking those clear cut no way to deviate type of questions...and also asking a lot of questions that speaks on the techniques etc... of law officers to try to tie it into a this is why stories can conflict or be exaggerated.

I actually have, but giving the circumstances if he was he wasn't planning to do a b and e at the time. Also based on other factors like texting etc...the whole went to the store thing, not saying it isn't possible. But who enroute to plan a b and e, goes to the store and walks around texting?
