However, the whole defense is surrounding the sequence of events. Since GZ's following wasn't illegal, did TM assume the role as the aggressor and initiate the physical aspect? If so, apply Florida's questionable statutes regarding self-defense/stand your ground/deadly force while at the same time analyzing TM's "supposed" actions of reacting.

again this is all assuming and going off the timeline and the accounts to which gz claims. Whose to say he was near a house to rang the doorbell? Whose to say again he didn't sneek up on tm and caught him off guard? Gz own testimony said he was following him. So whose to say he was out looking for him and snuck him?

What we do know is he had the opportunity to infact come from behind and possibly sneak him due to the fact that tm was ahead of him and he pursued him.

So we cannot make or come with conclusions based on what gz has said, we have to go from the little truths we do know.

Actually it does. That's the whole problem. The law is incredibly flawed. It basically equates to "shoot first and you're good."

I'd venture a guessthat all lawyers including public defenders, as well a ggood percentage of the general population, are aware of the 5th amendment. Are you saying thatZimmerman sshouldn't be allowed to exercise this right?
