Dr. Bao needs to chill out. Haha! But I can see why he's frustrated. Someone trying to tell you how you're suppose to do your job can piss one off. Especially if they insult your intelligence and integrity.

Some of it also has to do with miscommunication/not understanding certain questions because sometimes they can get convoluted. Also I'm going to say English isn't his first language as well, so I can see where miscommunication comes into play.

How can anyone be on his side? Its his fault TM is dead, if he stays in the car TM lives, if he says hey I'm neighborhood watch TM lives, if he doesn't follow him TM lives, if he didn't (allegedly) get beat up by a 17year old and pull his gun TM lives, if he didn't profile him in the first place TM lives.
Fact is GZ is responsible for TM's death, so how can you be on his side?

Don't get caught up on NT, "Black Twitter", and what other liberal minorities and white ppl are saying. There's a LOT of people in this country that feel he's completely innocent, in fact I've heard ppl suggest GZ is a hero and we should be happy a "thug" like Martin is "off the streets."
Please don't forget a young black male's life has the lowest value of any combination of race/ethnicity/gender/age in America. There's a lot of people that could give two ***** that he's dead.

If u watch tv, according to them zimmerman will beat the charges. Pretty much NT is the only one collectively that thinks the prosecution is winning. we want it bad but it's not looking good in the media.

I kind've think that as well. But the thing about the stand your ground law, it's basically how you interpret what it means. Imo, it's saying that if I'm out hanging and someone attacks me for no reason, then I have the right to fight back and not have to retreat. It's not saying that I can instigate a conflict then use deadly force once I start getting beat. Imo It's basically how the jury interprets the meaning of the law. I know that I can definitely be in TM's situation because if someone is following me late at night, then start chasing after me once I start running, I most likely will attack that person as well.

Most likely Brady related. The Brady Doctrine is something that is uniquely applicable to the criminal context. In essence, the State MUST turn over all evidence that may help the defense. If the State knowingly keeps exculpatory information away from the defense, then it violates Brady and will result in a mistrial. It's one of the worse things that the State can be accused of doing.
The prosecutor in this case is probably testifying that he had no knowledge of this information and didn't purposely keep it away from the defense.
