...SIMULATION INTERVENTION. 

And they need to fix Association Mode. It's time for an overhaul. And the ratings. There needs to be more categories. 
 
One thing 2k need to do for realism is add some realism to playoffs in association mode. For example if a team is down 0-2 or whatever the losing team should be making adjustments in game 3. Such as changing their starting line up to better match up against their opponents or adjusting their defense. I was on the brink of eliminating two teams before in the playoffs up 3-0 and they made no change to their defense or match ups and their starting line up was the same.
 
I would like to see the D-League over the Euro teams but that's just me. They gotta fix the price of attributes in MyPlayer, 500+ for speed :x Also they need to tweek the controls during the All-Star contests, allow for changing jerseys and socks in MyPlayer, and fix the AI. There's no reason why Joakim Noah should be standing at the top of the key beggin for the ball:smh:
 
Summer league would be nice too. Get to see your rookies you draft as well as invite some young unproven free agents or your bench players get to showcase in the summer league. Then have like summer league playoffs. Something to expand off season in the association.
 
Lebron James Is Picking The Music For NBA2K ’14

ATLANTA (AP) — LeBron James is taking some of his talents during the offseason to a best-selling basketball video game franchise as a music curator.

2K Sports announced Friday that the two-time NBA champion of the Miami Heat selected 20 songs for the soundtrack of the upcoming “NBA 2K14.” The league’s four-time MVP is also the cover athlete of the popular video game.

James said in a statement he is honored to be the first cover athlete to choose songs for the soundtrack. He follows his friend and Grammy-winning rapper Jay-Z, who was the executive producer of the last year’s installment that sold more than 4.5 million copies.


“2K is letting me take control of some important elements in NBA 2K14, including this year’s soundtrack,” James said. “I love that I’m the first NBA 2K cover athlete to choose the soundtrack.”

Some of the songs featured on the game’s soundtrack are Drake’s “Started From The Bottom,” Phil Collins’ “In the Air Tonight,” Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky,” featuring Pharrell Williams and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ “Can’t Hold Us,” with Ray Dalton. Other music acts featured are Jay-Z, Coldplay, Robin Thicke, The Black Keys, Eminem, Fly Union, Gorillaz, Imagine Dragons, Jada Kiss, John Legend, Kanye West, Rick Ross, Kendrick Lamar, Nas and Puff Daddy.

James is the first solo cover athlete to cover the game in two years since Michael Jordan. The game is expected to go on sale Oct. 1.

Aye more radio/mainstream crap. I loved it in past 2k versions when you get introduced to obscure artists and find new music favorites because of it. :smh: That is one thing EA got on lock with its sports games especially the fifa series.

Gonna cosign what Vcshox said though, the 2k and Madden soundtracks are where I hear all my non rap music from. If it wasnt for those games I wouldnt have heard songs that go hard like

And whats the point of putting all the rap/hip hop songs when it ends up being heavily edited to keep that E rating. :x mercy/victory/nas etc on 2k13 was beyond butchered.

The butchered tracks on 2K13 were really ridiculous. Was on board with "Stillness is the Move" though :smokin

last years was just a complete cluster*****
 
they really need to find a way to have a revolving/updating playlist inside games...its mad annoying when you're playing a game for multiple hours and hear the same 12 songs over and over again.
 
Mlb the show been had that for a while now they let you play songs from your ps3 mid game and everything
 
yeah mlb the show has made my gaming appearance amazing, i play that MCHG during game and it plays reverb so it sounds like its a concert. its too ill.
 
I think i'll be one of those guys that will buy it for current gen then trade it in/sell it when the next gen version comes out a month later, smh at me but idk yet.

Since the game comes out in October and the PS4/Xbox one might come out in the middle/end of November

Bring a Half time show with actual videos of the games around the league!!!! They did it with NFL 2k5, so I don't see why they can't do it with NBA 2k... Also, they should put back the sports tickers.. I want feel like I am watching TV, but playing a video game at the same time..
