If she's not living outside of her means, then let her do her thing. If he's tangling herself in debt, then there's a problem. If she'sstacking like that to be comfortable spending that much, I couldn't be mad at that.
 
her spending habits are a sign of the discipline she has over her life. if she can't control her debt & expects you to pay for some of it, they you areonly empowering her to continue her bad habits. i would recommend that you stop helping with her bills, &/or dump her for someone who has the ability tocontrol her life. i guarantee she has other self control issues in other areas as well.
