+++OFFICIAL JAY Z THREAD+++

Grammy-winning producer Timbaland  recently let the cat out of the bag about hooking up withNas  and Jay-Z  for a new collaboration called "Sinatra In The Sands."

While there's no word on when fans will hear the track, Timbo did reveal R&B singer Justin Timberlake  also appears on it.

I caved and looked at the setlist for the show.

Halfway considering selling my tickets :smh: Don't want to ruin it for anyone, but the lack of MCHG tracks being performed is VERY disappointing.

I don't need to see Jay do Izzo, I Just Wanna Love You, etc again. Those songs are all over 10 years old. Stop doing them already, PLEASE. The people going for JT won't know those anyway.

no one posted about not being able to dl it.

Just peeped it and it doesn't look that exciting. I'm sure the show will be good though

I haven't watched the interview but plenty of NTers were saying their downloads didn't work.

the app was acting up around midnight.

they said the app itself would stop at 1 million downloads. so the fact that they had the app means they're part of the 1 million.

never heard anyone complain that they couldn't get the app.

Those songs is what made Jay the goat, ill take all the classic songs over mchg tracks. Album hasnt grown on me yet but it will...its just old sound mixed with future sounds

Never been to a Jay Z show but I would definitely wan't him performing his classics over mchg.

I couldn't get it on my phone that night but it was no big deal. Got it through my other sources just to listen to it and then I got it through the app the next day so that I had a copy on my phone. I imagine a lot of people didn't DL it right away but did so over the next day or two. Not everyone was so into the moment that they waited up till midnight lol. I'm sure there were casual fans that downloaded at their earliest convenience.
 
When does Hov drop off this tour again? I saw that a date was added for my area but it only shows Justin Timberlakes name on it.......

Thanks my dude, about 10 years.

Im a music major, mostly fluent in blues but ive been studying jazz for the last year so adding distortion on my guitar for this song felt foreign for me :lol:
