Am I being too sensitive? vol. sneakerheads in social media.

ITT:  somebody comes to NT to ask if something is racist knowing full well that even if it wasn't, NT would say yes.

^ yes.  i mean i can't even tell if it's racist because i don't even get the joke, i never looked at a shoe and thought it resembled anything other than a shoe

I usually laugh at racism but it was really the second comment that bothered.

he was justifying it by telling someone else on his TL to not act as if they liked dark skinned girls.

I guess I'm sensitive. 
 
I'd smack the **** outta this guy.

Had no idea there was any event on Campbellton road this weekend. I'll be in attendance. I'll have 1 of my homies record it

an asian agreeing to a meme that a BLACK woman with lipstick looks like a pair of Js isn't racist?

katy is that 18 year old white chick on youtube who dates that 33 year old zaya youtuber. She's been dropping the N-bomb ever since she moved to florida.

If there was a meme that said asians could be blind folded by floss and a visible black/latin/any other race person agreed would that not be offensive?

It's ok to repost or add an emoticon but the dude replied "trueeee" and look at his other comment "DONT ACT LIKE YOU LIKE DARK SKINNED GIRLS"

I'm not saying you're being sensitive about it though. I get that not everyone has my sense of humor, I just don't find it racist I guess. and dude co-signing clearly will not be getting any buns from black women so his opinion is worth **** anyway :lol:

Everyone makes memes over there that are not to be taken seriously.

This is forum has some of the most beta/soft people when it comes to these type of things. Who cares what some dude on the internet thinks.
 
am i the only person that is sure dude didn't make the meme, if you call your self a sneaker head you are a unoriginal lame, dude probably reposted it.
but its still just stupid corny. I see meme's making fun of every race but like meth has said before because the joke makes fun of you, its all of the sudden not funny
 
I blame that asap rocky guy.

Almost EVERYTHING offends me on instagram and twitter.

I only follow gym head and make up artist, my feed doesnt have any of this garbage.

To an extent, everyone is a little racist, but I guess some issues are more sensitive than others.

How come when some brings up dark skinned chicks, they're usually tslking about blacks. Is that because it's the norm or hecause black chicks are the most prevalent types of girls?

I've seen numerous amounts of dark skinned people that were indian. The blackest dude that I've seen was indian. Darker than wesley snipes.
