I'm working out of town in a little town and they even getting em here!
Unless your FTL is extremely small, they should be getting way more than that. There should be plenty of these to go around everywhere.

Entered in 5 raffles in 5 minutes all in one mall, 2 Footlockers, a Footaction, Finishline, and Shoe Palace and only need one pair ....didn't even know SP and FNL was doin raffles today.
Champs said their raffle start this coming Sunday.

Raffles is shady period. The people that work their can just draw their friends names or family.

This clause gives retailers all the loophole room they need switch up things as they see fit. The Launch and Release Locators are accurate for the most part but never concrete.

mall management =/= store management lol
ask the rent a cop if they had anything to do with it...
that line is designed to allow the actually mall (i.e Simon/Westfield) management and security to change these raffle procedure if they feel it is dangerous or cause harm/injury to customers. this doesnt allow the the FTA/FTL manager to change the rules...

im leaving for thanksgiving to an area where these will not be available anywhere around me..
the new place where i moved to will be be flooded with these though and also the surrounding little towns will have these acoording to the launch locator.
not to mention everytime i visit nike it says access denied.

That's why I said loophole. Sure it might be "shady business" in some cases but I'm sure store management would find a way to justify it under that clause if need be. If you asked them why they aren't following Launch Locator protocol I bet you'd get an outlandish response.

Interestingly the FTL is inside a mall that has quite a few sneaker stores. Hell they even have a Champs Discount store with tons of shoes and clothes. Jimmy Jazz is also there. So it makes little sense they wouldnt carry a lot.
Finish Line I sorta understand. The mall is in a sort of affluent part of town with a bunch of upper middle class whites, so its not like there would be a lot of demand.

Finish Line in my area only 2 full size runs of the Carmines back in May, I'm guessing it might be the same of these Infrareds.
There's also a HoH, Champs, and Shoe Palace in the same mall though.
