Release day sneakers usually get charged for shipping on FNL. Older shoes will "qualify for free shipping" eventually.

I recall seeing insoles by New Balance where you would put them in the oven for a bit to loosen up and then put them in your shoe. You would then put the shoes on and the insole would then mold to your foot. Never tried but thought it was a good concept.
