Black Infrared VI's returning in 2014. NO GM TALK!

Every day this thread goes off in a tangent.  If you want to talk about rappers and their tax issues, please do so in another thread.

haha, gotta love popular gr threads.

shame it's raining today here in LA or i woulda thrown my 6's on. gonna be retouching my pair with angelous infrared (http://angelusdirect.com/products/collector-edition-infrared for the curious) over the weekend.

too lazy to acetone off the old paint, so we'll see how this goes.

But isn't that a GREY AREA...

If Jay-Z wears white air ones every show... they write them off as an expense... 9x outs 10 he wears a new pair every show..

even if the item can be wore outside the show after...  it's still considered his show waredrobe

no, it's very clear. it says if you can wear it outside of the show...it doesn't qualify. clothing that qualifies are something like construction hard hats/boots, safety goggles, padded work gloves, show costumes (that's why ABBA wore glitter pants and almost laughable attire on stage or why Lady Gaga will wear a meat dress to award shows), etc.

it's not a grey area because there has been precedence set by cases like Hamper vs. Commissioner. the IRS will not budge if you're caught.

i'm not a tax guy, but yeah there are tons of other grey areas where you can scheme to shave off few grand. just saying sneakers like 6's will not be one of them.

back to the topic at hand. on that fake vs. authentic diagram it says the ankle "bubble" is soft? if my pair is considered soft, fakes must be like a rock.
