Correct. There isn't any style code distinction between Infrared and Infrared23 that I can see. The Infrared23 VI's had a style code of 623, with the 6 being in reference to the upper of the shoe being a shade of red.

Personally I'm still not willing to rule out the possibility of getting the infrared23 on these since there is no style code distinction between the infrareds and Infrared23 shoes that we know of yet. And we have seen a black/infrared23 shoe which was the 11 low that had a 023 ending. Same as the black/infrareds. Too soon to know.

Call it infrared, infrapink, infrared23, infrared45, infrared2014, or even infrawhothehellcares. Most of us are happy with how they turned out, they look good enough in pics so far that I just can't see what the beef could be.

They have to use the codes to organize a range of colors and hues, so it can definitely get confusing
