Do you want to argue about how the black toe quality is not much better than the chicagos in this thread too? I am all for it. Cuz that was the case.
 
^ IMO the white leather used on these shoes is a completely different leather than the regular colored leathers like on the black and royals. Black toe's white leather is exact the same as RTTG LV white leather. But RTTG LV leather quality is not cheap. The colored leathers like black or red or whatever non white color doesn't have a pebbled surface that white does, more of a smooth buttery feel. The white pleather tries to replicate this pebbled surface. It would be illogical to have pleather not trying to look and feel like real leather. But of course, one can still tell the difference (like natural cuts vs rounded)

That is just my observations and theory.

If you had both pairs of Chicago and Black Toes and you had a fair review after having them for at least 3 weeks, then I'd believe you more and accept your opinion sunshine. But you can't just look at the Chicago's one time, get the black toes and say they are the same.

Basically, black toe quality>>>>chicago

Based on the listed colorway, it sounds like black reds with gold trimming like wings and swoosh maybe?
 
I believe these are releasing in september, i forgot the launch list at work but there werent anymore retros in september on it.. i find this hard to believe considering we have been getting at least two a month forever. ive been searching online but i cant seem to find anything, i just cant accept that they arent dropping another retro in september... anybody know something i dont?
