I think it's funny that some NTers expect an oop (retail + ship) on an extremely limited shoe. I don't mind oopin a GR, or even a limited shoe with QS type numbers... But super limited like these? Cmon son (insert Ed lover gif here)! After retail (local boutique charged 320), taxes, shipping and a PayPal invoice the cost on the pack is close to $400. At $550 I'm only makin $150 profit ($75 a pair), which I think is fair. At least I ain't hittin folks over the head in the 650-700 range like many other dudes on the bay.

thanks for everybody letting me know the retail---I guess these ain't just for me. I ain't paying almost 6 bill for two pairs of shoes that probably won't fit me all that great anyway *shrugs*


and B Fresco I guess you and I are different---GR or QS, if it's #NT I don't care about making a profit; long as I break even I'm good. Then again, I don't buy shoes for the sole purpose of "reselling." I did twice---Concords (accidentally bought two pair, one was for a friend but added two to my cart) and Lebron Miami Vice 9s (didn't have my size; had to sell it in order to make money to fund my venture) Anytime I've sold a pair to somebody on #NT it's cuz I had them in my area and they didn't etc. If I'm selling to make a profit I take it straight to ebay or craigslist. But hey, that's just me. Reason I do it cuz ppl did it for me, so I'm just "paying it forward."
 
I think it's justified to not just throw oops to anyone, especially on limited shoes like the pack now a days. People hardly return the favor and expect to get favors just cause they signed up on NT. People forget how hard it is to get these shoes now a days and there is a price to help throw these oops, that's just the reality from all the hype now a days. For me, I also don't mind helping out strangers on GRs but limited releases are for my friends only. And even when my friends help me out, I still pay them a tad bit extra cash to show that I am appreciative of what they did for me.

YOu'd prolly oop a pair of Yeezy 2's too right?

And its def #NT with many on here but not EVERYBODY. I'm not oopin some random SN on NT, especially after the updated methods of joining. NO M'am.

Oh and FYI, I offered a pack to an NTer on RD for $425 cuz we've looked out for each other on releases and he passed. I've BEEN paying it forward. And I'm selling the pack to fund MY venture (i'm actually keeping a pack for myself, can you believe the insanity), kind of like what you did. So i didn't cop for JUST reselling's sake, lol. Oh and don't overlook the fact that I camped out for about 4-5 hours for em either and then waited 2 more hours for another boutique to open, so god forbid i make a lil scratch for my efforts. SO in actuality not MUCH difference b/w you and I, don't kid yourself with the holier-than-thou schtick...

I feel you--been on this board since 08, 09; I'm not one for keeping track of things but I've been helped out a lot so I help out when I can. PMs from people with a low post count is def a red flag (which dude who PM'd me about the pack had like 10, 11 posts so I was like "aaahhhh he's here for the sole purpose of reselling; bye) Dallas ain't necessarily a "hot bed" for kicks :lol: but like I said, if I can help I definitely do.

....never assumed you were a "reseller" .... you was feelin' attacked but I was addressing you cuz you addressed me. No ill will behind it. If anything I think dude who pm'd me was a reseller.
 
Let's just post some shoe pics damnit.

Gotta get lucky sometimes and gotta pay to play sometimes. It is what it is, let's not all pretend like we don't know how it works.

In my view if someone is throwing me a shoe cheaper than it is on the open market then they are doing me a solid. You can't expect retail much less get mad about it.

Maybe if you helped that particular person up before and then they wouldn't help you. Then i could see some frustration.

If the price doesn't work for you just say no thanks. No big deal folks.

Life is much better when you remove the sand from your nether regions.

They are true to size, but it depends how wide your feet are,

the best way to get your right size is to take some measurements in centimeters,

for instance my feet are 26,5 cm long, This is equivalent to a 8,5 US (nike) but i have wide feet, so I size up a half (9US=27 cm) on AJ1 (leather)

I sticked with the 9US on ajko chicago so i got a little room on the toebox, but it's not a big deal because I have wide feet

if i didn't have wide feet The 8,5US would fit perfectly,

so for you guys with normal feet, stay TTS,
