Obviously we dont know all the evidence right now. But from what Ive read they have no Murder weapon, and unless his boys took instagram pics of AH puttin slugs in the dude they dont have enough to get him for what they are trying to get him for.
Its fairly obvious that he had something to do with everything that went down that night. But they trying to get him for pulling the trigger right now. And the evidence that they have shown so far isnt enough. Will they have enough once trial comes, Maybe. But who knows. You only need one Not Guilty from the Jury to get off. You need UNANIMOUS GUILTY to get convicted.
Just remember. OJ got off, Casey Anthony got off. Plenty of people get off for cases where you think its a slam dunk and the prosecution either drops the ball or isnt as prepared as the defense team. And hes got the best defense team in the state.

This is true. It will be difficult to convict him of 1st degree murder, but I believe he will still go to jail for a long period of time based on the gun charges alone. Also with him being denied bail, I heard he could be in county for up to 2 years before the case goes to trial. YIKES! I think it's safe to say, that there is a snowballs chance in hell that this guy ever plays professional sports again.
