Exactly. If they find the gun he's done but all it is now is circumstantial evidence and witnesses with shaky credibility , I know people get time off that but I take it his lawyer is too good for that...

Been saying this from the jump. And the fact that the Prosecution had to ask for an extension for his probable cause hearing doesnt help their case much. The judge only gave it to them because with everything they have its clear that AH was into some ****. But they not getting him for pulling the trigger with no gun and the testimony of an admitted drug user who by his own account was passed out and woke up to be told that AH pulled the trigger.
Cops gave the wrong guy a deal. And it will probably cost them a conviction.

Ray Lewis played again. IF he gets off someone will find a spot for one of the best TEs in the game right now. It wont be for the Pats, but someone will pay that man to be their TE.
Honestly, the media/fan outcry will be less than when Vick went to the Eagles.

Evidence against ray wasn't nearly as stacked up as it is against Hernandez. Ray Lewis' boys also didn't sing.

I feel you. Ray wasnt exactly the best example aside from both being up for murder. And obviously all this is predicated on him doing no jail time which even though I dont think they are going to get him for pulling the trigger with no gun I think they will get him for something. He isnt going to get off Scott Free. I think they will drop some of the charges to a lesser charge so that they dont need as much evidence for a conviction.
If the prosecution goofs and AH goes home with nothing on his record, trust and believe there will be teams willing to throw a cheap couple Million dollar contract at one of the top 10 (possibly top 5) TEs in the league right now.

I'm almost certain the media/fan outcry will be more than Vick's. To me people were happy to see Vick making a comeback, I know I was at least.

I was happy to see Vick back too, still one of my favorite players in the league. But as I think about it. What huge protest group is going to go out boycott/cause a stir infront of the stadium of whatever team signs Hernandez. Sure you'll have some people who dont want their team to touch a guy who was into the stuff AH was into.
But it would be nothing like the Peta protests the Eagles had for Vick. Dont get me wrong. I think AH was into some **** and is a bonehead for all that whether he pulled the trigger or not. And if he did then he is scum and doesnt deserve to play again. But if he gets off with nothing, then aside from the fact that he has some questionable friends and more than likely had something to do with what happened someone will give him a shot.
But I could just as easily see the league going the blackball route because of the fact that he makes stupid decisions. I just feel like someone will give him a shot with his talent if he happens to get out of all of this with nothing on his record.

So Hernandez had a spot in Franklin,MA in an apartment complex. Kept ammunition and a bunch of illegal **** in there . I think it's already been covered in this thread. However now there's rumblings of "other football players" having been in the apartment as well; not just AH's goons.
If anyone on the Patrots was in that apartment and it comes out...
