OJ didn't have two of his boys with him and Nicole texting her partner that she is getting in the car with OJ. OJ didn't kill her in the white bronco and then return it to the dealership. OJ didn't have cameras recording everything at the house.

No murder weapon, no eye witness.... No way he gets convicted on 1st degree murder. He's gonna get hit with something but not 1st degree murder.

^ pretty much. You don't pick the day you kill someone to also destroy security cameras, destroy your cell phone, "lose" your guns, and then resist talking to police when they come to question you.......... I mean really? "I lost it" is not the answer you wanna give

I believe they found the shell casings used to kill Odin in Hernandez's rental car. So they know what type of gun was used to kill Odin. They now have surveillance footage hours after the murder of Hernandez holding a gun. They will use the photo to explain that the gun he is holding matches the shell casings. Thus, even though the murder weapon was not found, there is enough circumstantial evidence for a reasonable jury to find that he committed the murder.

Still gotta match the bullet to a gun. I know I sound like a **** but this is simple **** the defense could easily manipulate a jury with.

From my First 48 experience if they prove that you were at one point in possession of a similar gun to the one used in the murder, the prosecution will go forward w/ that and present that, even if the 'actual' weapon was never found.
In that case there was only 1 actual witness who saw the murder take place & they placed the gun in the murderer's hands

There's plenty of people that have been convicted of first degree murder without a body or a murder weapon and no one sang on them. I can dig up a few cases that it occurred near me. No way he walks. Everyone wants to be a legal expert now

Correct . Any high profile case brings out the inner detective or lawyer on NT. Whether it be Steve McNair, Trayvon Martin, or Aaron Hernandez guys have no clue what's going on.
