Had to clarify. Hernandez never assaulted de Abreu & Furtado prior to shootings. A DA official said archaic murder language reads like that.

Dude is a legitimate sociopath, just look in his eyes anytime he's in the courtroom, he has no remorse at all.

Their motive is weak.

They have one witness to testify for those quotes. An experienced defense attorney will tear that apart on cross-examination.

Quotes are from two different people.

One from the dude in the backseat of the car, saying it was AH

and the other is a "friend" who said he told them " Ishot one in the head and one in the chest."

there's also the video...which shows the vehicle they were in, circle the club until the two dudes left and pulled up beside them.

On top of obtaining, the vehicle and gun already....I'd say there's a decent chance he's cooked.
