New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

I'm not entirely convinced she is going to take the stand. In fact I'd be shocked. I see her taking her chances with the court - not only because she had his child and still lives in their mansion, but also because she'd be afraid for their lives (justified or not).

Also, from ESPN:

Shayanna Jenkins has been seen often in court during the trial, sitting behind Hernandez to support him. The two have been heard whispering "I love you" to each other and occasionally joking together. Jenkins last week also shared notes with Hernandez's defense team after her sister testified against Hernandez.

Jenkins was in court Wednesday, sitting in her usual seat behind Hernandez. The two smiled at each other, and Hernandez winked at her.

On top of it all, wasn't she on the hook for perjury earlier on?

Not sure how much pressure they can put on her to flip when she is still CLEARLY smitten w/ Hernandez. Might be a different story when his $ dries up. Those legal fees and other expenses are probably gonna put this guy near being broke.

Yup.... We are talking here about a woman who:

Was told to get up and drive and get rid of a murder weapon - and did so.
Lied and comforted her sister after the murder, pretending she knew nothing. They now do not speak.
Lied (according to the prosecution) "more than two-dozen times" under oath on the stand in front of a 2013 grand jury.

Prosecution knows she is a work of art.

I think they offered her immunity as a last ditch effort to get her to flip on him. She ain't gonna do it though.

They'll get him on something. If not murder maybe an accessory since he was clearly at the scene. Which means he'll eventually wind up in jail for a period of time. If she flips she'll most definitely be in fear for her life, probably for the rest of her life.

Carla Barbosa, who spoke in Portuguese through a translator, said Shayanna Jenkins left that day -- a claim that supports the prosecution theory that Hernandez's then-fiancee had left the home to dispose of something.

Which means nothing. People put garbage in the garbage can...

nder cross examination, Barbosa admitted she never saw what was inside the bag.

Which negates her entire testimony.

On Monday, two women who cleaned Hernandez's house also testified, recalling an incident when they found a gun at his house -- which was not the same model that was used to kill Lloyd. Both cleaners also told how they smelled marijuana in different parts of the home.

Lots of people have guns in their house. It's not a crime. Since it isnt the gun used, this information is irrelevant.

Prosecutors also showed graphic photos of Lloyd's bloody body to the jury this afternoon as they detailed the autopsy that was conducted once his body was found.

Prosecutors are just throwing anything they can at the jury. How does graphic photos prove to the jury that AH did it? With the information they currently have, they proved that AH smokes a TON of weed and had guns in his house.

we all know he did it but like many of these public defenders they lack the evidence to provide a winning case.

either way tho if he gets off no way he gets another shot in the nfl

I have to agree it is pretty comical how little this case is being covered.

You are talking about media organizations that flip out for 14 straight days over a deflated football, hold 24-hour town hall summits over whether M Lynch should be kicked out of the league for not giving interviews,....... yet a former star player being tried for murder (perfect news story) is basically disregarded. Okay.

Hell of a point, Ry.

Something is COMPLETELY fishy about the whole thing. It's like this case isn't even going on.

I didnt think about that. Story is definitely being surpressed. its like made for TV gold.

(it's been mentioned before but still amazing to read this)

According to the filing, Alexander Bradley was a "friend and confidante" to Aaron Hernandez and they often traveled and partied together. On February 13, 2013, the two men, along with two of Hernandez's other friends, went to Tootsie's Cabaret in Miami Gardens, Fla. A dispute arose over how the bar bill would be split – Hernandez wanted he and Bradley to split it, Bradley thought he should pay only a quarter of the bill since there were four people there.

The disagreement continued on the drive home when Bradley realized he left his cell phone at the club and asked Hernandez to turn around and go back. Hernandez refused. Bradley then "made disrespectful remarks about [Hernandez]."

"Shortly thereafter," the filing reads, "the car pulled over in an isolated industrial area, where Bradley was shot between the eyes, the defendant exited the car and quickly dumped Bradley's body on the ground before fleeing the scene."

Good god.
