I will say though, the longer the jury deliberates , the more likely I think Hernandez skates on the Lloyd charge

As far as the gun charges, Hernandez' time served will count towards those charges. Considering he has no criminal record, he will get the minimum for the gun and ammo charges;which means he will no longer serve time in Bristol County

Man most people aren't talking about it at all to be honest

Dzokhar Tsaernev's trial was going on at the same time, which contributed to the lack of.attention AH is getting. Still, this story was getting far less attention that it should have. Both in the media and amongst residents of the city/surrounding areas

This is a theory. I think it was more so Hernandez THOUGHT he was talking about it. He also thought helicopters were following him around at all times. He was unreasonbly paranoid according to witness testimony.

Now why was Hernandez unreasonbly paranoid ? Why was he convinced he was being disrespected and "tried" at clubs? Why was he so bloodthirsty? Some would say it was due to prolonged PCP use, a drug which is easily accessible in Bristol and was commonly used amongst his associates. That's where that theory came from. I shouldn't have stated that as fact though, since I don't know. Makes sense though IMO

NFL only tests for recreational drugs once per year. As long as you pass that initial test, you're good to go all season. I'd say a good percentage of the NFL is at least blowing trees during the season. Which makes the Gordon situation that much more absurd and unfair

I would think the jury would come to a decision sometime this week for sure. Prosecution called over 130 witnesses though, a lot of evidence to consider. And its all circumstantial. There isn't even a clear motive :lol:

so you telling one of the best tight ends in the NFL playing for the top franchise in the NFL with one of the most complicated coaches and offenses is a dusthead?

how can a dust head handle a NFL practice or offseason work outs with out even passing out from cardic arrest? or a heart attack?

Its already been suggested by others ,in 2013 . It's not my theory. Dude has been locked up for damn near two years now. A lot of information has come out about him as a person, and one of those things is that he was a heavy drinker and drug user.

yes he is a drinker and he is a heavy smoker like most of his gator teammates but dude is no dust head :lol:

Nah you're right. I of course don't know for sure whether or not Hernandez ever used PCP
so I shouldn't have stated it as fact. Given his alleged behavior though, I do think its possible
 
And remember, the two dudes Hernandez called to help him were alleged (Ortiz admitted), PCP users. It's not like he called the Pounceys to ride with him :lol:

Bruh the link to PCP has been out there for a while now. Maybe he was completely drug free . It's definitely not 'made up' though. Dude had a pcp user riding shotgun that night :lol:

Wait until the information from the next trial comes out though. This is just the tip of the iceberg really
