I'm assuming the defense hasn't received any of this because the pros.office has nothing. Can they convict without this stuff, or it's only a matter of time before Aaron is released?

The trial for the Odin Lloyd murder isnt even going to start until January of 2015. Then WHEN, not if, he gets charged with the other two? Lol Aaron is adapting to his new environment. He knows hes spending the rest of his days in jail/prison.

Sad to say but this guy speaks the truth. If he were going to be released any time in the foreseeable future he wouldnt be fighting in jail. He knows he aint getting out so hes living his life in jail the same way he did when he wasnt in jail .

From all accounts that evidence is still in the investigators' possession (for testing, etc) and not prosecutors. Therefor they do not have to turn whatever they have over yet.
The defense has gotten other evidence so far though.

The big news is they no longer have to find the murder weapon to find Hernandez guilty. He's ******.

No. The other two being indicted means they no longer have to prove Hernandez pulled the trigger. Originally, Hernandez was the only one facing a murder charge, so they'd have to pin everything on him. Now, the prosecutor no longer has that burden.

Indicting the others means that they don't have to prove that it was Hernandez that actually shot and killed him. But by indicting the other two its also the prosecutions way of putting pressure on them to flip on Hernandez.
