New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

All I have to say is that; an idiot who believes that the loss of one mans life is more important than millions of dollars, playing football, and being able to represent Boston fans, deserves to go to prison. I still cant believe it. #smh

Troll account

They're getting desperate. They can't find the gun. And they know that that's gonna weigh heavy.

Focus of Aaron Hernandez investigation turns to his fiancee, who authorities believe hid evidence

One of the biggest and most important challenges the prosecution faces in the murder case against Aaron Hernandez is finding the murder weapon. And its focus has turned to Hernandez's fiancee.

According to court documents obtained by the Hartford Courant, investigators believe Hernandez's fiancee Shayanna Jenkins made "overt attempts to hide evidence … and to hinder and mislead" the investigation. Hernandez has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the June 17 death of Odin Lloyd, a semi-pro football player who was shot and killed. Lloyd was dating Jenkins' sister.

The court documents detailed some suspicious activity by Jenkins the day after Lloyd's body was found, according to the Courant.

The Courant said, according to the documents, that Hernandez "called Jenkins the day after Lloyd's body was found because he wanted to dispose of weapons in his house." Surveillance video of the house shows Jenkins leaving the basement at about 1:15 p.m. with a trash bag containing a heavy "rigid object." She put that trash bag in the trunk of her car and drove off, and when she returned 35 minutes later the bag was no longer in the trunk.

The documents say Jenkins drove toward Landry Avenue, where police found a discarded .22-caliber handgun. The police are still looking for a .45-caliber Glock that was used to kill Lloyd.
Carlos Ortiz, a Hernandez associate who was with Hernandez, Lloyd and Ernest Wallace the night Lloyd was killed, has told police that Hernandez stashed two guns in a box in the basement.

According to the Courant, investigators cited "cryptic texts" between Hernandez and Jenkins referring to a box in the basement.

According to the story, investigators searched a Bristol storage unit rented in Jenkins' name. The murder weapon has not yet been found.

Ride or die chick, I see.

Counting their chickens before they hatch. You can tell their getting desperate now, between the Ortiz talking thing, them locking up his cousin for contempt, and now them going after his fiancée. You can sense the desperation on their part, combine that with him having a very good lawyer. If he gets off or just hit with a slap on the wrist, ill blame the departments arrogance when this whole thing started.

Couple of questions

1) AH lawyers are top notch compared to the the prosecutor/DA right?
2) Prosecution is saying AH killed the dude right? What is AH and his lawyers saying? That Ortiz was the one who pulled the trigger?
3) Why is Ortiz no longer a reliable witness?
3) Its AH word agaisnt Ortiz? Wasn't there another guy with them? Where is he?
4) When will the trail start? Is the DA delaying it until they come up with more evidence? How much longer can they delay it for?
5) So if they never find the murder weapon, what will it come down to?
6) If AH is found not guilty, aren't there 2 more cases where AH is the primary suspect ? Or do they not have enough evidence?

 • 1.Yes.
 • 2. We don't know what AH's story is yet, he pled not guilty to 1st degree murder and related gun charges.
 • 3. I speculate Ortiz is an unreliable witness simply for the fact that he was present for the murder, which makes him an accomplice. He told police the whereabouts of a gun but it hasn't been found, that kind of discredits his word. And he also has a long record of crimes (no violent crimes, mosty drug and traffic violations but defense will try and exploit this any way they can)
 • 4. Earnest Wallace is the other alleged accomplice, exact same situation as Ortiz, but Ortiz seems to be getting more press. Maybe he's giving up more info?
 • 5. They are absolutely delaying to get more evidence. It all depends on how successful they are at stalling but it could take (not likely) up to 2 years before it goes to trial.
 • 6. Regardless of if they find a murder weapon or not, Hernandez needs a unanimous "Guilty" verdict from the jury to be indicted for murder, based on the facts presented in the case. A murder weapon would certainly be devastating evidence against him but it's still up to the jury.
 • 7. yes he has been tied to other murders where he is a supect now based on new evidence found. A car that was tied to a murder was never found until police found it at a property owned by AH. They could try and prosecute for that but yes there might not be enough evidence. Also he has a slew of gun charges that he will most likely do prison time for after this trial is over.

CBS 3 Springfield has learned exclusively a gun used in a 2012 murder in Boston, allegedly linked to former Patriots star Aaron Hernandez, was found in a car in Springfield.

It all happened after a car crash on June 21 on Interstate 91 in Springfield.

In a state police report, Jailene Diaz-Ramos of Bristol, CT was involved in an accident and taken to Baystate Medical Center.

State police say they took inventory of her car and found a .38-caliber Smith and Wesson revolver in a black briefcase in the trunk.

That gun was sent for ballistics testing, and around two weeks later, state police confirmed it was the weapon used in the killing of two men outside a Boston bar in 2012.

Police say the murder charge that Hernandez is already facing for the death of Odin Lloyd led them to believe he may be connected with those murders as well.

Diaz-Ramos was arraigned in Springfield district court for illegal possession of a gun and ammunition.

She was released on $1,000 bail.

According to court documents, Diaz-Ramos told police the gun belonged to a friend she referred to as "Chicago". She told police she drove Chicago and his friends to work, and that they are football players.

She went on to say they wanted to leave the black briefcase in the trunk so they wouldn't have to bring it into work.

Police are now continuing to investigate Hernandez's possible connection to those murders.

soooo let me get this straight.....A gun was found that was used in a killing in boston. and because hernandez is already a suspect in a murder, then he is connected to this murder in 2012 as well? Is that what they are telling me here?

Well, no. Correct me if I'm wrong but he was already a suspect prior to the gun being found based on him and his boys having gotten into it with the dudes that got shot. This murder didn't really come up in the news til after the Odin Lloyd murder and AH's arrest when pieces started getting put together with Chico being in the same place of these other shootings and oddly enough having some kind of issues with the people that got shot.

This gun was found in a briefcase in an unrelated car crash and was tested, ballistics test showed it was used in that 2012 murder...it could've belonged to John Doe who was linked to it but it turns out the chick whose car the briefcase was in says it belonged to football players, one who she called "Chicago". I doubt they'll find Hernandez's prints but if she identifies Chic(ag)o as him and can prove it was his, it could be a wrap.

If al of this turns out to be true...it's amazing how he probably was involved in these shootings but had gotten away with them dating back to UF considering he's done some stupid **** like leaving a murder weapon in someone's car. I mean, it came down to chance that it happened like this but that's just dumb to me. That plus the Lloyd murder with all the surveillance and trying to destroy it, leaving a body less than a mile from your house? It all sounds idiotic.

dont forget about the suv that was stashed up in his uncles garage, same description to the vehicle used in the 2012 shooting

I would hypothetically want him to beat all these cases just to see which NFL team said **** it and signed him to a 1 year deal. I mean he's still 23 and one of the most talented TE's in the game

At the same time I don't condone murder unless it is out of self defense so if the boy AH was just knocking innocent dudes off like that he gotta do his time.
