They also said they had no murder weapon, right?

Giving the defense all this to pick apart may not have been a great move, unless they have something like that up their sleeve.

I don't think there is any doubt they have an eye-witness/accomplice. Them laying it all out on the table and establishing the key facts was a show of strength rather than the displaying a relatively weak fact pattern, missing evidence, holes to exploit, credibility to undermine, etc. It seems like the ONLY thing they don't have is the murder weapon.
 
them other two dudes would also have been gettin arraigned in the same room...somebody done gone and told something.

damn, gonna miss that td dance though. 

any transcript to the arraignment though? all this talk of texts, and video feeds across the city is super incriminating though
 
The defense gets all the info, not like they could keep anything a secret and surprise the defense at the trial.
 
I'm listening to espn radio and they're saying they have footage of an unidentified subject getting out of the whip holding a gun. Not Necessarily Aaron.

Most of the stuff they presented was stuff picked up from surveillance cameras and conversations being had via text messages. The cell phone was traced to the exact locations at the exact times that he was seen on the surveillance footage. I mean who cares if the defense has this information.

Now granted I am no lawyer, but this seems like an open and shut case to me. 
 
I'm with JPZ. I didn't really think dude DID it. Obstruction of justice? Thought that was it for sure.

But dude actually was the murderer himself? Welp.....another sad story of a young dude with money throwing it all away. And for what? :smh:
