Getting serious charges does not always mean that you are dealing with serious criminals dummy. Some folk watch gangster films and swear that such films represent reality. You could always move to a new neighborhood and it depends on who the criminal is that you snitched on. I know dudes who snitched but are super gangsters,  so folk dont dare to try to **** w him or his family because they are well connected, even though they are seen as snitches, so it depends on the dynamics of the situation.  In reality, every neighborhood is different and the code of the streets varies by area code. Sometimes its necessary to snitch to get enemies off the streets. Folk watch rap videos and gangster movies and swear they know about the streets.

So now you'll only snitch if your co-defendant isn't a serious criminal? Or is it that your well connected and you'll snitch on anybody? Calling me a dummy while throwing out some random *** scenario to basically say you'll only snitch if there's no repercussions. Got it chief

Where in my response did I say I would only snitch if my co defendant isnt a serious criminal sir???? Like I said in my previous post IF I were a serious criminal and I had an opportunity to snitch to avoid a longer sentence I would. Reread my comments because you are def confused or unable to comprehend what I am saying.

I don't think we came off like that at all. I'm just telling you how it is. You don't agree and that's cool but that's just simply how it is. It's no other way but that way.

I don't get how you don't get it Ortiz is considered a snitch by all definitions of it. It's a cowardly act, and if freed he'll have to leave his home. I ain't talking no witness protection ****.

I wonder why hernandez would even write dude back and come across as that confident he'll get off. Perhaps delusions of grander but I'm curious as to how things will play out by the time this hits trial.

I hate to say this but it's looking better and better for him to get off.

The dudes snitching on him have very little credibility now. First the gun was in the lake, then it's in a black box in his basement? At this point they're just doin anything to stay out of prison.

Unless they find the gun, its looking like a possibility he'll beat the murder charge. Perhaps do time on something smaller, maybe but between the lack of credibility on the snitches, and the fact that he has a high powered lawyer on his side, things look better for Hernandez then they did a month ago.

Prosecution is dropping the ball on their part, considering they viewed this case as a slam dunk in their favor and with "overwhelming evidence" on their part.
 
here's what i am wondering, where along the way did we all agree that ALL the actions taken my the authorities are based of info given by Aaron's "pals?"

if the world is talking about someone said this, someone said that and its all rumours, then the authorities act on these rumours, couldnt that be possible?

They reported they scanned the lake again because one of them said he dumped it in there. He also said he puts his guns in a box in the basement.

FACT! They are talking, and making themselves look foolish too.

Whether he beats the murder charge or not he still is definitely doing some time and NEVER playing in the NFL again
