New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

If Hernandez was seriously on angel dust he deserves an award for being the most functional dopehead of all time. That's some legendary stuff.

:wow:

Here's the full RS article:

Gangster in the Huddle

The way i interpreted that was that BB told AHer to get a different spot where he could collect his thoughts and avoid his goon friends. I dont think BB was suggesting Hernandez cop an apartment to keep his work there

Actually got me kinda tight how the article tries to paint a negative portrait of BB. All dude did was try to give dude a shot , while also bettering his football team. He failed. Hard.

Still, Article sucked, IMO. Was 95% **** we already know, just re-worded. The other 5% was from 'anonymous sources'. Means nothing to me.

Dude who wrote the article was on the radio today saying he thinks prosecution doesnt have **** and Hernandez will be out of prison in 3-4 years. Also said his "sources" told him that 4-5 NFL teams are ready to sign Hernandez if he gets off

Co-author is a dude who writes for the Herald and has beef with BB.

Couple things in the article that made me :rolleyes

Hernandez steamed 4 blunts after games on the ride from Foxboro to North Attleborough every Sunday  Joint is like a ten minute ride  Where is he getting this info? If its from Aarons "associates" whom he claims are all thugs and criminals, then how is their word dependable?

Not defending Hernandez in any way, shape, or form. We all know what probably happened. But PLEASE take this article with a pound of salt.

“I think (the case) is not only beatable, (but) I think he will be back in the NFL within three or four years,” Rolling Stones contributing editor Paul Solotaroff said on The Doug Gottlieb Show. “I think they’ve grossly overcharged him based on the case they’re building – no direct eye witness, no murder weapon (and) no plausible motive.”

Rolling Stone this week released a story, written by Solotaroff, that traces Hernandez’s path from troubled youth to troubled college player to troubled pro – all the way to a troubled man facing murder charges in the death of Odin Lloyd.

“His principle nemesis at this point is likely to be the five gun charges levied against him; I think they got him dead to right on most of those,” Solotaroff said. “But as crazy as it sounds, this is a guy with no priors. So asking a judge to sentence Hernandez to consecutive prison bids – rather than contemporary ones – is going to be a very hard sell for the prosecution. And if in fact he winds up doing three years behind (bars for) those gun charges – which would be a lot in this case – he’s 26, 27, with very low mileage on those legs of his and a lot of time to heal up. My sources tell me there will be more than one NFL team pursuing him hotly when he walks out of jail in four years.”

I know they don't have the gun, but didn't they have a picture of him entering his house after the incident with a gun in his hand?

So I finally got around to reading the Rolling Stone article.......wow. There's definitely going to be a movie made about all this.

Yeah I do think that part has to be BS. You really think Belichek of all people is gonna tell anybody that he told Hernandez to rent a safe house? And why would Hernandez tell anybody if the reason why he needed it to begin with was cause he thought people were trying to kill him?

The one thing I always did notice was that Hernandez did seem to never really talk to anybody on the sidelines. You'd think him and Gronk would be best friends with how great they've played together but I swear not once did I ever see them even speak to eachother.

So he may get off on the Lloyd murder but get caught for the double murders they looking at him for?

Boston Herald

FALL RIVER, Mass. — A defendant alleged to be the right-hand man of former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez was ordered held Thursday on $500,000 bail, and prosecutors revealed that a key witness in their murder case against Hernandez has changed his story about the night of the killing.

Wallace's attorney David Meier, who argued for $10,000 bail, said the state has presented "little to no evidence" about how Wallace was an accessory. Meier had no comment outside court.

During the hearing in Fall River, Assistant District Attorney Patrick Bomberg also revealed new information about another man alleged to have been with Hernandez and Wallace on the night of Lloyd's killing.

Bomberg said the man, Carlos Ortiz, had told authorities at least a half-dozen times that both Hernandez and Wallace got out of a car along with Lloyd at the industrial park before he heard shots ring out.

Now, Bomberg said, Ortiz says he doesn't believe Wallace got out of the car.

Wallace's attorney, in turn, tried to call into question the credibility of Ortiz, who had told authorities he did not get out of the car on the night of the murder, according to court documents.

But Meier said a white towel that Ortiz allegedly can be seen wearing around his neck in video surveillance from before the killing was found within 5 feet of Lloyd's body.

Bristol District Attorney Samuel Sutter declined to comment on the towel.

^That certainly bodes well for Hernandez. I think he MIGHT get off from the murder of Odin Lloyd, but he'll have a real hard time proving his innocence in the murder of the two Cape Verdian guys from a few years back. That seems like the case that has the most steam for the prosecution.

FALL RIVER, Mass. -- The girlfriend of former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez has been indicted on a perjury charge in connection with the killing of his friend, a Massachusetts prosecutor said Friday, bringing to five the number of people facing charges in the case.

A grand jury indicted Shayanna Jenkins, 24, on a single count in relation to the investigation into the June 17 killing of Odin Lloyd, Bristol County District Attorney Samuel Sutter said.

*Does anyone else think that Jenkins looks JUST like lil' bow wow?
