But he hasnt been charged with murder (yet) he hasnt even been arraigned (yet) so aaron Hernandez doesn't even know what charges he's facing (yet) basically NE is showing they wants no parts before the facts are presented.

Don't they have to tell you what you got arrested for?

And he could be charged with murder now nobody knows.

and Hernandez (as well as the Pats) definitely know what the charges are . it just hasn't been released to the public

And regardless they can cut him for no reason at all if they wanted. I don't understand what is being argued..? Not like the pats don't have success to back up their methods
 
Mass P.D. announced earlier they will not be publicly disclosing his charges until he is processed and then appears in court room (didn't say when court appearance is).
 
Dallas Clark would be a good pickup, Peyton stole Brady's favorite target so Brady might as well return the favor :lol:

and Chris Cooley is still out there ...

if you're shocked the Patriots released him, you haven't been watching football that long. Patriots don't want any of this kind of attention towards their organization and I respect that.

Hernandez is definitely getting some jail time, he might not have killed anyone but he's involved. A lot of talent and he was young, he ****** himself.

I'm 100000000% positive the Patriots know EXACTLY what the charges are. They have a security team that works with local and federal agents, inside info, tips, etc.

The Patriots did not do this on a whim, they know what's coming. I'm positive of this part of the story.
 
Surveillance cameras show:

Hernandez, victim Odin Lloyd and two others in rental car
They then show Hernandez leave his house with Odin Lloyd and return home without him
