New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

obstruction of justice, destroying evidence.

innocent people don't smash their cell phones into little pieces, destroy their own home surveillance systems, and have cleaning crews come through to the house before the police do.

That is all well and good but like i said, as it stands, Aaron Hernandez is an innocent man and has been convicted of nothing. Of course i dont believe he is completely innocent. But as someone else said, it looks like Aaron is planning on beating this case. A destroyed surveillance system is better than footage of yourself committing a crime. He can do as he pleases with his own personal property aka smash it into a million pieces if he sees fit.

All im saying is that Aaron aint cooperating after all and it seems like hes not the type to break down and admit to something because he feels bad  He is clearly a seasoned criminal and i wouldnt be surprised if somehow, someway, dude actually gets off. Yes i know the investigation has just started and we probably know 1% of what happened that night. We'll just have to wait and see

Part of me wants to believe hes innocent because he cant be THAT dumb, can he?

but destroying the evidence IS a crime

if they pin him for destroying evidence, or link him to one of these friends of his doing it, be ready for him to get charged with conspiracy as well

him and 2 others are being arrested today. let's see who dimes who out :nerd:

You right

But will these charges lead to murder charges? I feel like a broken security system, a cleaning crew, smashed cell phone etc is all circumstantial evidence . Until they find the murder weapon with some matching shell casings, what do they really have?

Of course, if some eye witness testimony came out, I think that is good enough to convict in Massachusetts . I say in Massachusetts because i sAw an episode of the First 48 where two young dudes (14-15) popped a dude during a robbery in Florida. They rolled up on bicycles and everything . One of the young boys admitted him and his accomplice committed the crime, but it wAs his accomplice who had pulled the trigger. When investigators brought forth this testimony to the shooter, the shooter hit them with the "Nahhh, wasnt me. I dont even know thAt kid." The shooter walked and the dude who spilled the beans was convicted because eyewitness testimony is not enough to convict in Florida . Its wild how these things vary from state to state .

At the end of the day theres probably going to be some type of forensice evidence that will do Aaron in.

Its just hard for me to wrap my head around this ****. Seems surreal  Did a member of the Patriots really murder a dude and leave the body a mile away from his crib ? Seems so impossibly stupid :smh:

So this dude destroyed his the home security system, his phone, and ordered cleaning ladies to bleach his home?

Did he forget about the body and his rental car? Was he planning on digging up the grave the next day but never had time to do so? Lol

This whole thing reeks of shadyness, god damn.

yeah man no lie...it's like he did all the pro moves EXCEPT chop the body up and dispose of it. I think that's the hardest part for an amateur killer. For the record ASN (read backwards) I do not condone murder or chopping of bodies

Late on Thursday evening, FOX 25 reported that Hernandez’s neighbors heard gunshots on early Monday morning, sometime between 3 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., but did not report it to the police immediately. FOX 25′s Bob Ward’s sources have confirmed that there is video evidence of Hernandez and two other men wearing hooded sweatshirts walking into Hernandez’s home within minutes of neighbors hearing gunshots, and just about an hour before Hernandez was seen on video walking into his home, he was spotted at Lloyd’s house in Dorchester.

If a warrant really is coming, he should just turn himself in ASAP. Once the courts close at 5 he'll be celled up all weekend until they open again on Monday morning.

But, he does have one of the best law firms in Boston working for him so I'm sure they are advising him on this stuff.

I believe the warrant had been issued this AM... Mike and Mike confirmed it as breaking when I was driving to work.

Seemed like they had been holding off until sources confirmed too but I haven't been able to catch any new news.

On behalf of the Hispanic Delegation we are now listening to all trades for Aaron Hernandez.

Nah homeboy don't lump all Hispanics together. The Mexican delegation never claimed him, that boy is Puerto Rican.
