I'm not so sure about this, the 604133-449 cw (BL SHDW/MDNGHT NVY-MTLLC SLVR) has all size available, even sizes 14 & 15. Size 14 is very rarely avalaible in EU FL website and i never saw a size 15.
When i'll get a tag picture i will compare the production dates with the EU release to know if they produced it again for the US market.

Side note those white yellow/red ones are on sale at my local footlocker reduced from $240 to $180aus was too focused on the pair I copped to ask if they had my size left

The European was manufactured from march to june 2013, so this is a new production.
It means that the Sunset (an future) cws will be produced for US market, no EU leftover.

Regarding Australian releases, did these cws were released?
The 'Hyper Blue OG inspired' was mentioned in april 2013 but i don't know which one of the 2 was released.
The 'Animal' cw was scheduled to be released in december 2013 in Australia but i got no info since.
Never saw another pic of this 'Shattered' Australian model, released in february 2014. We got the blue, green and red in EU but not this grey one, is it a sample or an actual exclusive cw?

Totally regret sleeping on the Hyper blue. I was thinking they'd get marked down, but surpised to see them sell out after a few weeks. Past month, I think I've gone to every footlocker, footaction and champs in the NYC area. Cant find a size 8 anywhere!! Spots that had em only had big sizes. >:

"Air Max Plus Fuse" are back with a new cw... (Europe - April 2014).
The AMP Fuse were first released in 2011 in 6 cws, i don't think it was a commercial success at all, that's why i'm surprised to see this:
