Ok, I figured I worked at Champs in my college years from 2002-2007 and remember the store getting just about every color of Air Max Pluses.

Remember stores getting a ton of am+ colorways, but still held my hyperblues on a exclusive pedestal. If pimentos drop this summer, I might make an exception.

Europe is the land of the AM+, they retail for $205~$220. Sales prices are around ~$130 ~$170 depending on the country and discount type.
Australia retail price is $225 USD.
They make a lot more money in EU & Australia.
Out of the 470+ Air Max Plus releases, only around 100 were released in the US from 1998 to 2014.
It means that 80% of AM+ were EU/Australian exclusives.
Speaking of Australia, there is more than 60 Australian exclusive releases, witch is quite a lot. I have not enough reliable data to know how many total releases AU got, but they got more than US.
So we can see the 1st AM+ market is in Europe (mainly led by UK, France, Germany & Spain), 2nd in Australia, 3rd in US, 4th and last in Japan.

The US 2008 White model wasn't this one, it was a leather white/neutral grey cw. (310721-111)
The 2014 white EU release is a re-release.
Original model is from 2010 (EU/AU) (604133-114)
It was re-released in Australia in 2012. (604133-114)
Then comes the 2014 EU re-release witch off course shares the same code (604133-114).
Note that the Foot Locker sample pics are just an old yellowed 2010 sample one imo.

there was a guy on SC what got his pair from there
but you need to order them at the english site from rakuten
and technically they dont ship them to you because when you buy products
on the english rakuten they forward the package to your country with a proxy service
similar like a taobao agent
