So yall really just omitted the fact these were out in the US as well??? Thought we were better than this, I just had my neck COMPLETELY snapped in champs, they didn't know what I was going crazy for!

Today was a pretty good day, let me tell a story for y'all...
So I woke up & finished debating on getting the huaraches this morning, said surrrre, they're $115 & there's no sight of the tiger/pimento air max Plus's, let's do it. So thanks to the good folks at nike.com I made magic.

Now for those that know/remember, back on September 27th in 2008 the black/Royal orlando penny 2s dropped. Nothing against the Atlantics but the royals were what I wanted back in 4th grade & I'll never forget that moment as I realized the atlantics were in the allowance range I had of $65 while the royals were the regular price of $95 & as a result got me laughed at when I asked my mom for a "one-time exception". So when that retro dropped I was geeked, drove from my lil buddy's event that morning & sped out to the mall to get them, had them on later that night on a date I had. Good times lol... Anyway that marked the first time in my adult buying/"collecting" era that I bought a pair of shoes & wore them the same day. Actually I can't even recall another time doing that.

Now...

So today I was going to bust those out in remrmberance of that BUT I went to my DS Diablo red air max plus & decided to make today a day to be new instead. Figured I'd wear new shoes & a new tee, I was doing an event for my mom's friend, ordered some new shoes, all that's missing is the date. Decided wearing my shoes to the mall with a lady friend would just be the compromise. Nice normal day.

Well...

These were somewhat similar, they were out in like 01 or 02 or 03, I didn't have the cash to get these for the $145 they wanted when that meant most of the money I had for school clothes & that meant no Js lol. Kinda sucked but it was something I had to come to terms with. Seeing this pair a couple weeks ago sparked thoughts of those, they weren't the same mesh release but the color was there & that's what I wanted most. Today was a shock to say the least, Im breaking these things out tomorrow most likely, that feeling I had with the penny 2s was instantly recreated today, it was a bittersweet one too. It was great to feel BUT I cussed out each & every one of y'all for not letting me know they were here hahahaha, sorry guys. But seriously dude said they had them for maybe 4 weeks. I was in shock
 
all air max plus on east bay/footlocker have dropped ten bucks in price.

if you bought within 5 days you could probably talk to a chat rep and have them credit you 10 bucks to your card. ive done it a couple time before
 
surprised no one saw this... it seems Champs Sports (USA) is getting the Air Max Plus 'Chino'.  The picture was posted on their twitter page a couple of days ago:

Does anyone have a Nike style # for these?

google the 9 digits stylecode what is underneath the UK and EU size

or go to the foot locker site and check if the stylecode matches with the code from your shoes

Googled it and it brings up the diablos :smile:

I thought its the UPC that does it not the style code as id of thought the blackmarket would cotton to putting the codes on, or are all fakes made in china not Vietnam ??

Also the box stickers match that of the grey/blue box above from champs !!

After not copping much in september and october, I think I need to gift myself a couple amps, maybe diablos and black chromes. Hope stores near me still have my size. Is the recent releases sized differently than last year's hyper blues?

99% of the time, the fakes style codes are not the same as the originals. Even if it was the same code, there are always some discrepancies with the font, spacing, layout...

Fakes labels are 'made in China' or 'made in Vietnam'.

Nope, size 10 is my true size & my size for each AMP(bought hyper blues day before thanksgiving last year for comparison). I will say the diablos had to be stretched out by my foot first time putting them on, they broke in quick though.
 
Does anyone know of any websites other than footlocker, champs and ebay that sell genuine TN's and maybe not quite the so popular ones oh and deliver to the UK. OZ seem to get the best colourways too :tongue:
 
This cw was released in February 2014 in Europe. This is not a black/orange but an anthracite/orange color.

A blue and a Gray variant were released a few weeks later.
