they confirmed

told me to watch out casue a lot of scammers use Royal Mail

anybody know if are we still protected through US ebay

Like AIRMAXDISCIPLE said, the RS4 has a leather upper.  The Silver/Black AMP's I posted have a synthetic mesh upper.  They fade from black (charcoal) to light gray.  They're sorta similar to the Hyper Blue AMP's.
 
99 VS 98 Comparison

99 got a lighter blue and also the fading at the tongue and toebox on the 99 is wider compared to the 98

you can see that when you check the toebox from the 2 pairs that are placed against the wall

98 OG is color wise deff better than the 99 semi OG imo

For me they fit TTS.  I wear size 10 in Air Max 1's, Air Max 90's, and Air Max Plus.  They are not as narrow/tight as the Air Hurrache (though the Air Hurrache's are the only pair of sneakers I've had to wear a .5 size bigger).  If you have wide feet then get a .5 size bigger.  Hope that helps.  Hit up a local Champs Sports I'm sure they'll have a few colorways of AMPs you can try on.

I don't think this will be re-released anytime soon.

They released The AMP 'Storm' in Europe-Australia-USA in 2013-2014 witch is inspired by the 1999 cw.
