Does NBATV think anyone is watching this right now to see generic *** graphics about Greg Oden or the commentators talk? Stop cutting away from/minimizing the scrimmage.

Would you guys rather see young guys in the Olympics to make it more competitive, or have the vets dominate?

It’d be even less competitive if they kept it to younger players. Think about the teams that have given the United States the most trouble over the last decade (Spain and Argentina, mostly): seasoned teams with tons of experience. The international teams have a hard enough time reloading as is. Good luck having to reload every four years.

people on realgm - Raptors forum are excited about this guy Dwight Buycks.

All I know is he played in France and played well. Scoring PG.

Anyone wanna shed some light on this guy?

He looks good. Lots of poise and control. He can get to the basket despite being relatively small. Not to sound blasphemous, but it's similar to Kyrie, just not as great obviously.

I think he's gonna be really good. Like pick in the last round of fantasy good.

Damn, what happened now??
said nobody was his competition

When asked about his competition for the best big man in a camp that also features the likes of Anthony Davis, Andre Drummond, Kenneth Faried, Derrick Favors, DeAndre Jordan, Greg Monroe and Larry Sanders, Cousins said: "Nobody."

he's got a point though :nerd:

That's just DMC being competitive. Kobe says **** like that all the time and gets props for it.

Off topic. Cleveland has had 3 #1 picks in a 10 year span.

Has that ever happened before?

I mean, I wouldn't expect any other answer. He's probably the most pure talented big. Let him be great

Boogie Cousins will never grow up. Such a shame, he could be so talented.

Talent isn’t the issue. Harnessing the talent is the problem. He needs direction, and he hasn’t had it so far in his career.

As for Steph in FIBA, it’s important to keep in mind the physical nature of perimeter play in FIBA. They allow hand checking, and, overall, play is much more physical. It’s not as easy as you think.
