If they started calling offensive fouls for CP3 and his off arm, his handle wouldn't get him aywhere in terms of penetration, or whenever we clone him and have him guard himself and he flops every damn time the version of himself on offensive pushes off.
Let's not take it to that much of an extreme. He'd adjust just fine. His start and stop ability is only edged by Kyrie

He's not blowing by anybody though

A lot of NTers get a little too invested in their favorite players. Acting like they're family or something. Unless you're Bballah3 talking about K. Love that's too much.

Never said he doesn't have handles jus not better than crawford. As stated his go to move is the "mj pushoff"

i remember you all saying gerald green was a nice pick up for indy. that dude is a career d leaguer

Pretty sure everyone said that based on dunk contest potential alone.

nah, everyone said it because he was ballin for the Nets. he didnt do a damn thing the second he signed that contract. at the same time, i dont blame him otherwise he would still be making pennies on the dollar in europe or china

My man is right, Chris Paul's HANDLE isn't super tight. He's not just breaking dudes down because of his dribbling ability and quickness with the ball, and he does push off.

What he's excellent at is change of pace, knowing when to use burst of speed with the ball and when to slow down, and he's excellent playing with the screen and roll.

But that does not equate to having a tight handle. Jamal Crawford is probably the definition in the NBA of a tight handle. Steph Curry and Kyrie are definitely up there though.

People splitting hairs and overanlyzing the hell out of handle

Poll any GM, player or coach in the league and they'd laugh at you for saying this

How is that overanalyzing? You don't think they use your handing skills to determine how they will defend a player? Poll those same GM's, players, and coaches and see if analyzing didn't help them expose Jeremy Lin for not having a handle when being pressured and the inability to go left.

Man what  that was overanalyzing? Poll any GM in the league out of Jamal Crawford and whoever, and they would probably tell you Jamal Crawford probably has the best HANDLE in the NBA.

Now as far as getting places with the rock, and creating shots for teammates and all that, that's another story. But just flat out handles with the rock? Jamal Crawford.
