Did you watch the series or are you just talking?
Why you sound so bitter. You act as if the series didn't go 7 games

God forbid anyone points out that 3s were huge for Heat and how much credit Miller deserves..

It's not that difficult to understand. Lebron is best in the league. But to an extent you have to just let Lebron do his thing. Rather than try to make Bron a zero factor which is extremely difficult. You only try to slow him down. It's when you close off all the other options that you cause major problems.

Bosh won't outplay Roy. PG can shut down Wade. Without Miller the 3 point threat isn't a big concern. Still a solid 3 point team, but nothing that will single handed decide playoff games

Jones still deserved PT for his ability to help spread the floor. Lewis and Jones never saw the floor at all, even Miller requested a trade earlier last season. Anybody that has watched the Heat know that Spoelstra's rotations are very sporadic.

You just mentioned that Miller gives them something more than Lewis and Jones, while still being a knock down shooter. So why even play them?

Yeah Spoelstra's rotations are erratic, but so what he's won back-to-back titles.

Even if Miller doesnt get 10 pts, his man will stay glued to his hip thus leaving #6 more space to do his thing.

You say Miller can rebound and create better so when you add his shooting capability hes head and shoulders above James Jones, MM was actually rookie of the year if im not mistaken meanwhile JJ is a career bench/spot up shooter.

No there isn't. He's not anymore of a liability than Mike was on defense and actually he was pretty efficient for the Heat in 2010-11 playoffs.

Miller could create and rebound better, but Jones is automatic when given the chance.
plus in most cases heat needed size, which is why james wasn't an option

Miller gives more ability to get others shots better than Jones yes. Lewis rarely got the opportunity, nor did Mike until Wade got injured. Miller has always been able to create and he was healthy last season, still wasn't playing. Lewis can play, just never got any burn. You play them so you don't run Bron into the ground and allow Bosh to become more of a cog than he was to the offense.

Miami goes with "pace and space". Bron's game and his teammates' game goes to another level when it's him, shooters, and a big. Stats will back that up.

Once again, none of Miami's shooters outside of Ray and Shane wouldn't have gotten any burn had Wade not been injured. They should play. The streak had a lot to do with it, but the stars needed rest.

Mike miller won ROY averaging 12 ppg. Please stop. His job on the heat was to hit 3s. James Jones can do that.

Youve already conceded MM can do more than JJ and he can shoot so im not sure why youre still pushing it.

These playoff games come down to 1pt ,1 posession, and tenths of a second so that 1 extra board or smart pass MM is capable of can mean the difference between going fishing or going to the Club to party.

You act like he's the only one on the roster that can do that.

Guess no one cares about the Marcus Camby signing

I remember when MM won that RotY, I thought son was going be the future.

keep us updated on who's playing :nerd:

NT's favortie brandon jennings will be playing today. Javale mcghee and dc are about to play and since its money gang vs lau (always an event) and its 50k on the line I'm sure a plethora of league guys will be playing.

Not to mention the vegas summer league and mini camp is over

We're comparing the two players correct, so why would i talk about someone else on the roster ?

Youre trying to downplay MM contributions but take game 6 for example, he had 8pts , 7 boards, and dropped 2 assists.

James Jones couldnt grab 7 boards in his dreams let alone game 6 of the finals, yeah JJ can shoot but MM is capable of more.

The Bucks ******g pissed me off more than anybody this summer. Do you know how much Gary Neal, Delfino, Pachulia and Mayo could have helped a contending team this season? What in the hell is the point of signing them to a rebuilding team, and why would they sign there to begin with? You can't tell me that nobody else offered them similar contracts.

Well demar made the trip back to play today and KD is confirmed to play today too at the drew league!

If I can get good picks I will post.

This should be good...

I don't think there's a franchise in a worse situation right now than Milwaukee.

They've consistently managed to squander all of their assets into being a perennial treadmill team. Their roster is never bad enough to tank for a high lottery pick, but never good enough to have any playoff success.

Yea, just don't act like the heat are doomed without Mike Miller's shooting. Especially since you brought up the Indiana series that he barely did anything in.
