So is there something wrong with TRob? Insider info anyone?

Dude still needs to get a fair shot at showcasing his game. And Houston would be willing to trade him on the cheap. Lots of teams in the L could use a promising PF prospect like him. Spurs? C's? Blazers? Suns? How come no one is biting? Rookie scale contract too.
Send him to the lakers, everybody seems to tap their potential there. (earl what up)

I know money is not an issue to Prokh but how much are they paying for that starting five?

Mo Williams to the Pacers...? :nerd:

he can score but hes not the PG they need but still would be a nice pick up. i assume hes done in Utah with Burke there.

Ariza too

Yea, we talk about the Spurs a lot, but the Lakers do a good job of getting career high production from their role players too.

Jordan Hill, Earl Clark, Ariza, Shannon Brown, Farmar & Vujacic who ain't even in the league no more

They just got a popularity boost because of the team they play for and the guy theyre playing with

why dont the lakers try to get him? its pretty pathetic that they have had two season already where there were guys available to produce way better than the trash they had but they still continued to roll with said trash

nash is 40. injured all last year and will probably have a career ending injury this year..

they used morris, duhon, and blake, all trash

no idea, he would be a very good pickup for them honestly.

Wolves have options. Can throw money to match for pekovic, throw money at mayo, try to keep budinger.. But ak-47 was such a solid player for them

come to detroit? :nerd: id take him for cheap
If he opted out of $10 mill why would he take a cheap deal with Detroit of all teams

he wants a longer deal, its 1 year 10 mill. hes looking to get s longer deal but he aint getting 10 a year from anyone for more thsn a year.

anyways i expect Pistons to go all in on Iggy. i dont know how much cap space we have but maybe someone else as well. Wish we would amnesty CV31 but our owner thinks he has trade value :x

So Dallas is talking to Boston for Rondo.

Larkin and picks to start.

Boston said they will have to take a bunch of contracts which is hard to do if they wanna land Dwight.

Crash would be the main guy to take on along with Courtney Lee

If my math is correct, Rondo will soak up most of the cap space the Mavs have (after they renounce their free agents including Mayo), So then there's the Marion (2015 expiring) swap for Wallace to entice the Celtics (three years-$30 million). If Lee or Bass were to be thrown in the deal, then Carter would also have to be dealt. Then throw in Larkin and draft pick(s) on top of the dollar savings for the Celtics.

meh, Dallas still wont be any good. It would take Rondo, Dirk, and Dwight for that team to make noise and if Dallas has to take back a lot of contracts then no Dwight.

There's no point in getting Rondo if we're going to go after Dwight.

Rondo and Dirk isn't good enough to make the Playoffs. Dirk and Dwight should be. It's a lot easier to find a serviceable PG than it is a serviceable Center.

There's no way we could get Rondo, and still have room for Dwight. Marion+Carter+Larkin wouldn't be enough for Rondo. We'd have to take back Wallace's albatross of a contract.

I must say the Nets are absurdly lucky to get out of that deal. I have no idea what Ainge was thinking taking back that deal.

What I'd be more happy with is just going for Dwight this year, and if he's willing to take a little less, sign someone else who can really impact the team this year, and then once Dirk takes a paycut, go for another big fish in the 2014 offseason. Keep Marion on board this year, he may still be able to contribute and Larkin will suffice for one year. We won't be contenders, but if we can promise improvement, then we will see.

I've pretty much given up on CP3/Dwight in Dallas though. Doc Rivers killed that. No way Doc signs on without approval first that CP3 will be there.
