especially for teams with no pro team ie miss, Alabama, etc... college football is basically number one followed by the braves and the falcons.... Like pretty much those places Virginia, west virgina, the Carolinas for most part Kentucky outside of college they are pro baseball fans with the braves being the general census favorite team.Really? Baseball is bigger than Basketball down south?
That's wild. Baseball has been trending downward for a while, then again, where I live is a horrible example of what the rest of the world enjoys.
I honestly think its those small no real pro sports cities/states is what keeps baseball somewhat popular.

Attendance really dipped in the post-Jailblazers, pre-Brandon Roy era. That was a really rough patch for them. Other than that, their fans are pretty loyal.
