The Wizards are going to need Nene to stop being fragile too. He's their only big worth a damn on offense.

Brandon Roy...

I hate it had to be him.

What he did to the Mavs in the playoffs.... Man that guy would have been great. LORD

I dont even like kyrie but he clearly already passed wall even with his inability to stay healthy.

And just so we clear john Wall was going to be restricted free agent at the end of this upcoming season, they could let the year play out see if he truly is a max player, they threw that max contract at him off half a season of highlights to please his ego

If you have to rely on Nene and Emeka Okafor as your starting front court in the year 2013 your team is not making the playoffs. Neither one averaged over 9 rebounds a game last year. They would have to have flashbacks to like 2009 to get anywhere with those dudes. Nene misses a big chunk of games pretty much every year so you're kidding yourself if you think he's even gonna stay healthy. And Martell Webster is your starting small forward? Come on man...the "talent" on that roster is not very good at all besides Wall and Beal. They really have no type of winning experience either unless you wanna count Nene getting to the Conference Finals once with the Nuggets.

I'm gonna be honest, even the Bobcats and Magic have more talented rosters. Just take a look for yourself.

He was the 3rd best SG in the league when healthy IDC what anyone says, I liked him more than Wade at times but I know that wouldnt be the prevailing opinion on the matter.

3rd best?

We're just gonna act like Reke, ginobli, reddick, korver and rip Hamilton weren't breathing? Oh, okay brah, I see wut u did there.

I think ISO Joe was slightly better than Broy then. Thats splitting hairs though. Roy wasnt close to an '09 Dwade. Still, Broy was filthy and clutch. That mid range game was silky smooth, and he had a good handle and feel for the game.

My point is

1. John Wall is better right now, and

2. Wall's ceiling is higher.

So what reason is there for someone to say Lillard > Wall?

you didnt even make a point you just said he better, Lillard in his first year played more under control and poise than wall could dream of , damn near identical percentages. Stop living off half a season. And if you think wall ceiling is so high hope you not basing it on athleticism, cuz face it cp3 and parker aren't athletic and they feasted on this league

Tony arker and CP3 are very much athletic lol. Yall equate JUMPNG as athleticism. Both are fast guards. Parker even at 30 is still one of the quickest guards with the ball in the game.CP3 has a strong build and quickness. When both were younger, they were considered the faster guards in the league.

"More under control and poise"

Ya'll just saying anything now.

See, I view CP3 more of a shifty type player than outright quick.
And his end to end speed isn't on the same level as Wall, TP, Rose, and Westbrook.

I don't view CP3 as an "athletic" player.

But as you said, he is older now.

 This dude said Tony Parker isn't athletic tho... MAN I need to take a loooong break from this thread

Obviously Cp3 and Tony Parker have athleticism but they're like middle to bottom tier among nba points in terms of athleticism. I will concede that Tony Parker is quick. DC is right: Cp3 is just shifty and knows how to use his gears.
