it's a hypothetical stat that never amounts to anything. either the guy never plays 36 minut
es or if he does he doesn't get his "per 36". for example drummond didn't play 36 because he fouls a lot. some guys are high energy and wouldn't sustain the same kind of production for 36 minutes. one guy plays 33, one 38 and they go head to head they are gonna get their per 33 and per 38 numbers. as much of a kobe fan as I am there are people out there that can pull up all kinds of hypothetical stats that show kobe>jordan but it's ridiculous.
nothing against stat geeks, but it's only useful to stat geeks

last time dwight got dpoy he had 14.1 boards 2.3 blocks and 1.3 steals. I think his defensive potential is right there with dwight and offensively he isn't as stiff and has better touch on his shot. plus he's 19. not everybody is lebron and progressively gets better every year but there's legit reason for the hype.

Well I'm a part of team frail body so thats not for me. Plus it got mad cold in the gym, the sleeves held you down when you were on the bench.I make sure not to wear a sleeved-shirt when I play ball

Its not about it looking dumb (Which it doesnt) its about the sleeves supposedly hindering their movements and making them feel uncomfortable. I dont think they do that at all, if sleeves are doing that, when how come "shooting sleeves" headbands, wristbands, compression shorts, etc etc arent doing it?Huh? Tons of people think excessive shooting sleeves and extra gear is stupid... Dwight gets clowned on that regularly.
Is this going to be one of those things you defend all the time? A lot of people think jersey sleeves are dumb, it's a reasonable complaint to have
Cant say much other than I disagree, I dont think sleeves are doing that to people.

Seen him when he played in the Ball Up vs Bmore game on sat...he absolutely can be a player to give you buckets off the bench, once he gets going its lights out for him...he tried to fight the Professor when he threw the Ball of Selby head tho

He can show out in those games but never at ANY point in the Vegas Summer League did he look like a standout on the Lakers squad.

if you honestly believe that Rose is 1) an elite defensive PG, 2) the best defensive PG in the league, or 3) better defensively than Russ....then man, I don't know what to tell you.

^^^So I think we're good on the sleeved jersey discussion for now. Some people like them; most people don't. But either way, they don't seem to be going away any time soon. Not sure there's much else that needs to be said about it.

I just realized the Wizards finished the season on a 6 game losing streak including a double digit loss to the Sixers and 21 point loss to the Knicks. Man, I can see now why you guys are so hopeful. They were really on a roll.

I swear someone in the Wizards organization must have pissed in your lemonade or something. You're talking about a MEANINGLESS 6 game stretch where players were in/out of the lineup. Just like last year when they closed the year out w/ 6 straight wins and no one cared...this is the same deal. It's MEANINGLESS. They already proved that they are a team on the rise.
