Show me a coach that has won anything of note without great players. Basketball depends on individual players more than any other team sport
To be fair to Doc Rivers though, he only had 2 true superstars to work with before '08. T-Mac and a bunch of nobody's, then Pierce with a bunch of nobody's until they made the trade. What would any other coach do? I never put him THAT high, but a solid coach? Yes.  VDN on the other hand....he needs to spend more time as assistant. He's good up to a point.
True story.

I don't think Doc is on the same level with Phil or Pop, but he's definitely a good coach. He's been somewhat overrated recently though. But he's definitely someone to be excited about if your previous coach was VDN

Lets be real seth will def see some minutes this year knowing his brothers injury history

he ain't making it past training camp

Don't try and kill my dreams please. Thank you.

Idk why the Lakers are putting out teasers like we don't already know what the jersey looks like. That's Giving the royal blue one a run for its money as the best Laker jersey ever though

To drum up interest for their upcoming season, deflecting their fans' attention from the on-court play to these awesome jerseys.

Roy made the biggest transition in ability from hs to the pros that I've ever seen.

I don't think ya'll understand how trash this ***** was in AAU/HS. Georgetown gave him that super soldier serum they give all their big men.
He put up 12 and 8 last season.  Lets not give him toooooooo much credit.

But hopefully he keeps improving, especially on the boards

The swoosh has brainwash all of you it's completely acceptable to have Wilt, Russel or Magic as a top 3.
Russell was overrated. what he avg 10 and 12 against players that are 6'2 and under?

Wilt was trash, he had to take 40 shots to score 50 and he's 7'1. He was a loser most of his career, didn't start winning til he joined the Lakers.
the average height in the NBA in Russells years was 6'9

so you're wrong.

And Wilt was trash?  A 7'1 body with Lebron athleticism, and the dude who averaged 50 and 30? trash?

i keep highlighting your post looking for a black text saying you are not srs or even just kidding but i cant seem to find it >:

I think Seth sticks, the Ws regret the whole Linsanity thing and I could see him doing things for that team especially at home where their crowd can really carry a shooter.
