random Q: i was watching a feature on dante exum on this FIBA show, how is he draft eligible next year? according to the interview he was still undecided on college or declaring for the draft. he turned 18 on july 13, born in 1995, and graduates HS in australia in december. i thought he had to be a year out of high school to declare for the draft?

International players have to be 19 to be in the draft, the school thing only applies to American players

That's for American prospects. International prospects have to be at least 19 during the calendar year of the draft. He'll be 19 before the season starts.
