Yeah D12 always seemed out of reach but I think he and all of NT were convinced that D-Will would leave the Nets.

Not unless he is traded......Dude was on sportsnation and specifically said while he respect kobe and grew up as a lakers fan...he wouldn't want to play behind the legacy of kobe and wants to make his own legend with his own team.

I thought D-Will was gone at the end of the season too. But there was always reports he and his family really liked the area. Then with the move to Brooklyn, re-branding of the Nets and their acquisitions, he was definitely re-signing.

then u have a hole behind Taj & no cap room to adequately address it.
Booz will likely be amnestied if the Bulls look like they need Deng in the long term. Then booz will get the amnesty to avoid a bigger lux tax after signing Deng to big money & they'll bring Mirotic over.

If Mirotic is coming over, that fills the need at PF. He's supposed to be really good too. I don't think letting Taj flourish has been a problem though. Booz gets time when he plays well. When he isn't scoring or playing decent defense, Taj fills in. I think it's been working. The team should flow a lot better with Jimmy Butter and Deng on the wings along with Rose. Never thought the big men were the problem against the elite teams.

Yea, but he isn't coming over this season. So it wouldn't make sense to amnesty Booz now.
And if they don't retain Deng after this year, Boozer's large expiring deal can be a trade chip.

I know it is a big day for LeBron and all with alot of NBA stars there and what not...But I wonder if the fight is on in some capacity in the building. Or when the fight was scheduled did LeBron himself or anyone say this is the same day as the Floyd fight. SOMEBODY had to think that....

They started strong without him in the beginning of last season. Then all of sudden,he just messed the chemistry up.

Seems like most Wolves fans ive seen on here want them to trade Love for being a crybaby and because they think he's gonna leave them anyway once his contracts up.
I personally think they should look into trading him because I too think he's gonna jet straight to the Lakers or some other contender once his contract is up even if the Wolves do make the playoffs this year.

Minny fans are on water if they have ill feelings for Love, he's the best player they have had since KG and easily top 5 at his position in the league. Of course he doesn't want to be there, his team has sucked every year. Rubio is developing and they locked up Pek for his prime years which is good. Hate the Shabazz draft pick but things could change, can't lie though would like to see him get traded to a contender just to watch him flourish on a good team.

What do you guys think would even be an acceptable trade offer that would help the Wolves if they were to look into that? I was thinking maybe for Aldridge or a package of Faried and some other players and picks but neither one of those teams he'd be down to sign an extension with either.
The only contender I can think of that would have enough to offer would be the Warriors. They have Lee and either Barnes or Klay.
