I'm a little puzzled as to why GSW would spend lottery picks on two G/Fs (who have blossomed) and then go out & sign another one for $12mil/year.

Unless they have a Howard Sign&Trade lined up which means that 1 of their G/Fs has to go, but Woj said that they've dropped out of the Howard chase.
