A lot of it was on Hollins. Never playing Ed Davis, continually going through ZBo against a team that had him all figured out, Prince getting 22mpg in the series when he was a complete negative and I can keep going.
Sure Memphis did not have a lot of "shooters", but Hollins did not believe in the 3 point shot. That's a known fact. This caused a lack of improvement internally from 3 point range. He thought because of the size advantage and defense Memphis had, they did not need 3 pointers to win games. It worked most of the time, but its going to hurt you when it matters the most. I'm pretty confident in the team improving their 3 point shot next season, but I do want to see Prince moved and get a 3D guy to play ahead of Pondexter. Delfino would be fine.

Have you read 11 Rings yet? Phil says Shaq is very coachable and said the big man called out Kobe a few times in front of the team for being selfish (Rick Fox and others backed him up). Phil said Kobe was so hard to deal with at times that he consulted a psychologist on how to criticize Kobe. Then again Phil praised Kobe for becoming a great leader. He had good things to say about each.

The Clippers made a good trade and drastically improved their coach, but they still haven't done anything to improve their biggest probably area.
Don't rebound well enough
Don't defend the paint well enough
Don't have anyone to score tough paint buckets when it matters regularly enough
GO FIND A POST PLAYER.
You know, like Carl Landry, who would have fit perfectly into their rotation. He doesn't really defend much, but he does those other two things about as well as anyone can that the Clippers could realistically bring in.

the things i would do to jeanie
yeah they wont make a trade. if anything they will just work on their team chemistry and sign a big name in 2014 and also resign kobe to a small contract to fulfill his desitny of winning 6 rings.
hopefully we can sign kyrie and paul george in 2014, maybe lebron im not sure if id want him on my team tho.
